I was a customer before I was an employee here and never had a problem with anything. Jennifer, the owner, was always very friendly and cares about her customers and business. Working here is like working with an extended family. If there’s ever a problem with any of our customers we take it very serious and fix the problem promptly and fairly. With any business, there will be customers who you can never satisfy and unfortunately the only reviews they ever leave are negative. We should be supporting our small business owners and our community, not steer business away.

This store lost over $200 worth of clothes from me and my wife. We have been going there for over 3 years. Really poor move. I’ll take my business elsewhere.2/22: Just picked up SOME of my clothes this place originally lost. Meaningless apology when there is no admittance that they even lost my clothes. I have never seen a business run like this.

Came in Friday around 1 pm and dropped off 7 shirts and 5 pairs of pants. The girl up front told me to pick my clothes up after 5 pm on a Saturday and they close at 4 pm.. so much for wearing them out that night.So I picked them up Monday and they had lost 4 pairs of pants and one of my shirts has a giant hole in it they offered to send it to alterations which takes atleast a week.. so I told her no thanks and I would never be coming back. Worst experience ever, Ill keep going to West Lake Houston Dry Cleaners, where I should of gone in the first place but went her on the recommendation that Id receive a discount for First Time use. Which I didnt even get, so I paid full price for 4 missing pants and a shirt with a hole in it now.

I been at this cleans for 2 years they ok in my book.
