Finishing the second week of train the trainer and I must say it has been an incredible experience. Honey and her team have been so welcoming and accommodating its just amazing!! The wealth of knowledge Honey and her team share is definitely invaluable. While I am not ready to leave, I am certainly ecstatic to put to practice what I have learned. It is impressive the way Honey gets to know her trainers and the organizations that she works with. Looking forward to staying in touch with all the awesome trainers that I had the pleasure to meet.

I am new to the training position and have been for almost 2 years without any formal training in my position until now. I am currently in the process of going through their Training Certification Program and it already has been invaluable! I have learned so much already that will help me become the successful effective trainer that I want to be for the Credit Union I work for and am super excited to see where this experience takes me in my career. As the only educator in the class, I want sure there would be much that would transfer from banking to education.... boy was I wrong. The trainers know their stuff!
