I understand with covid things are different but if you limit the waiting room to 6 people, why do you allow more appointments than you allow people. There are at least 9 people here, thats 50% more than allowed. Do better!

This place was fantastic! I was accidentally unprepared and didnt have a mask, but they had disposable ones on the counter.The kiosk was very straightforward, scan your Drivers license, then scan or input your insurance card, and then your contact info!Cassandra was my tech and she was phenomenal! She spent time making sure she was doing my orders right, and was kind and friendly! I was in and out within about 40ish minutes! Definitely recommend this place! They make sure they get what you need done!

Really great location!Check in was simple and fast.The staff here are busy working in the back so they have kiosks that scan your I.D. for check in.Came here for pre employment drug testing, and was in and out pretty quickly.Cassandra was the collector I seen. She was very nice, explained the process, answered questions I had, and was quick to have everything done.

I am a hard stick and have to get lab work frequently. Cassandra and Cowanna were absolutely AMAZING! This was my first pleasant experience having blood drawn since moving to Houston years ago. They both were very professional, listened to my concerns and took their time! I finally found a good facility with fantastic phlebotomy technicians! THANK YOU!

Sloppily took blood. Moving the needle as it was taken. Collapsed my vein. NEVER going there again.

LabCorp Humble was absolutely wonderful. I checked in online and was literally called back immediately after. I have difficult veins to stick, but Cowanna Williams was able to do it without any problems. She was also very sweet and accommodating. She informed me that they are working extremely hard to improve their overall quality at the facility.I can vouch for their success.

Waited a whole hour before they told me they needed the Authorization in paper, don’t understand why they weren’t able to print it for me? Or request it from my employer like any other drug testing facility.

I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service I received after reading all the bad reviews. Barbara made giving blood a pleasant experience, never thought I’d say that !! She was friendly, professional and very fast. She is truly a gem of an employee !! Thank you Barbara, for making an otherwise uncomfortable situation a pleasant experience. God Bless You !!

This place is actually as bad as the reviews. Their systems are awful. And the employees are just hangin in the back. I dont see why this place has any business

The process was quick and easy, but they are the rudest people I have EVER encountered in a professional setting. Not a single smile, greeting, didn’t ask me any questions, and talked down to me. For example she gave me a paper to sign and I asked where and she just stared at me and goes “find it” like I was stupid.

Don’t ask any questions. They act like they don’t know what the test they are running. I needed specific test run. The doctor couldn’t tell when he ordered them if it was the correct test. Apparently you just get “what the doctor ordered”. But he couldn’t tell the details.She acted like it was ridiculous I wanted to talk to someone else. And didn’t even apologize as I left.But I guess they have fast service.

The customer service here was amazing. I went to another Labcorp in med center and did not care for them. They were unable to draw blood. I came to this location as it is by my work. Office was fast even without an appointment. The tech was very patient in trying to draw my blood as my body did not want to give it. Another tech or manager came by to make sure everything was OK. Easy to park and get in/out of this location. Would highly recommend this location compared to other Labcorp.

I’ve been here since 7:30 am first one here. First and foremost, they opened late. After being told they do not start drug testing until 8:00am. Here it is 8:33 am and no one has done anything to accommodate me. When i asked what how much longer, The woman who opened explained to the lady that I’ve been here since 7:30am; the lady responsible for drug testing was very unprofessional, rude and yelled out “it doesn’t start until 9:00-am.” No eye contact, no “i apologize for the wait” no anything. I am very disappointed in the experience and will not be coming here again.Also line was busy when calling to verify when they started drug testing.

I was concerned when I read all of the horrible reviews, but decided to go there anyways as it was closest to my house. The kiosk/check-in system was a breeze. My appt was at 8:15am and by 8:25am I was in my car leaving. The lab tech was very personable and friendly with me; I liked her a lot! I did see the sign that says do not tap/knock on window, but the check-in is the kiosk area. If you have questions, just wait until you are called back. No problems whatsoever!

I called twice to find out exactly where they are and no one answered. My GPS took me to the wrong place, would have helped if theyre answered. I told them I tried calling to find where they were and schedule an appointment the lady only said we dont schedule appointments you do that online.I was with my three year old whos having lab work done for the first time in her life. They didnt say a single word to her to put her at ease. I explained what the rubber band was for and what they were doing and why. As a mom I think it would have helped if theyd acknowledged her in some way besides methodically doing their job and sticking her. They NEVER said a word to her!! Not even when they were all finished to tell her she did a good job and was brave. My toddler barely flinched and didnt shed a single tear!! I think thats remarkable? No stickers, no cute Band-Aids, no explanation to her of why they wrapped her arm with tape and put gauze on it, not even have a nice day when we were leaving!! I should have known when they didnt say a word as I signed in besides to hand me the paper and say here that they arent very personable.Im giving 3 stars only because they got it the first time and as someone whos hard to get blood from I appreciate that. My liking this place stops there. DEFINITELY will be returning to quest for my future blood work. At least they acted like they give a damn about their patients and as petty as it sounds have special stickers for the littlest patients. A silly sticker or band-aid is such a big deal to a kid.

The employees are rude and ghetto. I guess they are used to convicts and thugs taking drug tests. Not a Hi, smile or nice word from anyone. Go to a better location if you can. These people are gross.

Although this location was close to me I have to say strong stay away the staff at this location look to bite your head off if you ask a question or have to make them work for a living. So u profesional I say a staff member get rude and disrespectful with a man for asking questions about his test and almost told him to F off wow really lab Corp this is your people. STAY AWAY HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!!

I went to Labcorb during my lunch period and was not seen for an entire hour. They currently have kiosk to sign you in and signs posted telling you to sign in and take a seat. No one is there, present for you to talk to. It was awful and unprofessional for the staff not to let the patients know that they were running late in case we wanted to leave. It was ridiculous. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Out of all the places I have gone to get blood work done, they are the nicest people! Ive always had issues with getting my blood taken and they make it easy and comfortable every time I go.

Ive been here twice and both times the waiting room slowly filled as I was there because they wouldnt call people back. 2 people had left and when I got here there were 2 people in front of me. I sat there for 30 minutes before someone before me was called. The whole time I could hear two of the workers talking in the back about road closures by a Walmart. Not calling anyone back. They have no urgency.

Had my appointment there today and the girls were so nice and friendly the waiting room was full and was cleared within 30 min some people come in so rude yet these ladies keep it professional I will definitely be returning to this location

The bald headed lady had a disgusting attitude not once did I disrespect her or get out of line customer service is a big role in your job and if you don’t like it then get out of that field I know I’m young but I can understand that there are rules and policies.

Racially and age decriminated The lab tec called me ignorant white lady. Told everyone else to come on in while I figured out how to work the kiosk and I had an appointment So I made an appointment at another location later in the day. So if you are elderly and have trouble with the kiosk you will be abused

The lady took my sample for a UA and told me to my face that it was too light and I was trying to dilute it.... completely unprofessional and it was absolutely inappropriate. I dont do drugs and I am a healthy athletic person.

You can call the lab, but they will never answer. Just to find out whether they received a fax for bloodwork, I had to drive all the way to the facility, and go up the the 2nd floor to ask. Even then, theres a note that tells you do not knock on the window. They want you to check in on the computer screen and sit down and wait. All of this just to find out whether they received a fax. They probably do good work, but getting to that part has been next to impossible. There setup is seriously flawed and sad.

Dont want to give them any stars! Terrible!!! They never answer the phone. Also I left a specimen to be tested as ordered by my sons doctor and they didnt even run the test! They had the order they just didnt run the test. I went through a lot to get that specimen and they just threw it away.

Im currently in the waiting room to complete a drug test for a new job, but I have to say the woman who greets patients, Katrina, is VERY RUDE! I came yesterday to try and complete this test but had my child with me (babysitter cancelled last minute and I TRIED to call to see if I could bring my child with me, but no answer) and when we walked in and I tried to check in she bluntly told me you cant enter with your son! Thats fine. I completely understand that thats their rules but they could have answered their phone to inform me of that and save me a drive. Now Im here again today with no children and first thing I get greeted with is sign in. No good morning! Or Welcome to LabCorp! And then when I ask for a pen to sign in she just points to a pot on the counter that has fake flowers that are pens. Katrina has nothing but attitude to EVERYONE that walks in. Id advise others to take their service else where!!

My experience today (12-3-15) was not good at all. I waited 45 minutes for the office to open. The office was suppose to open at 7:30 am no one showed up until about 8:15 am. Probably would not have complained because I known things happen when you are trying to get to work however, this has happen more than not for this location (18648 McKay Blvd #215, Humble, Tx 77338) 👎🏾😡😡😡😡

Horrible, figuered out that i needed to use kiosk to sign in...since front desk didnt even acknowledge that i walked in. Then to find out they dont do drug test after 4pm, although they close at 5pm!!! Well then close at 4pm! Or mention it somewhere!!

The employees at this labcorp are pathetic. No answers to my questions and minimal work ethic. Would not recommend.

The wait there is God awful. The staff operates only aa 1 speed, Ultra slow! If they would move any slower they would be going in reverse.

The answering service is horrible. All the call keep being hung up. That’s quite rude.

Takes them 2 3 weeks to send drug screen to employer no one answers the phone will no reccomend no one go here at all.

This location blows, after a week of waiting, I came to find out they lost my friends pee. Probably an employee hoping for an after market profit of selling it to one of their friends. How pathetic for a place just does JUST drug tests!

Made an appointment on their website 1 day before. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Very friendly staff.

Had an 8am appt and had to wait until 845. Front desk was extremely rude.

They never answer.and they forget to send out the specimens.

Horrible experience! Staff was ghetto and unprofessional! This place would not even be my last choice but its where my job required me to go.
