Ricardo was there before estimated time and being alone and very hot he even offered to get me a drink. He was so kind and very professional. I would recommend this business to everyone.

I had to use LC Towing twice in one day this week, and both of the guys that came out to tow my car were efficient, communicative, kind and professional. You don’t always have good experiences with tow truck drivers, but when you do, it’s probably with LC Towing.

Found them through a screw ball company that tried to screw us both but despite that my vehicle was load and dropped off without a problem. Driver even helped push it into the storage unit which I was not expecting. Definitely holding onto their number.

This place is close to Humble TX where we are stuck since out car tyre blew out. We are on the right side of the highway for 2 hours now and are unsafe. It felt like a stone hit our car once. We are in highway 59 going north just before the sam Houston parkway and first this place tells us that they dont cover this area and then when I told him that this place is close to where they are located he said he doesnt have a driver available. We called on 17th july at 6:42 am.

The. Most excellent service I have ever received . Tripple AAA service second to none . The driver was overly curtious and quick to my location . I tip the driver to show my appreciation. And my tip to you is Tripple AAA never leaves you stranded . Dont want to breakdown without Competent Reliable back up . I salute your companies working ethics in motion .

One of their drivers drove very dangerously on the freeway and almost ran me off the road even when he was signalled to slow down. I understand they are hurried often, but does not make it okay to put other peoples lives at risk. I was terrified.

I over heard the driver talking about drivers having Covid 19. It scared me cause I needed a ride while my car was being towed, however after that I will not be using this service anymore.

Even though they were very busy and it took almost 2 hours for them to arrive at my house, when Richard arrived he was very patient with me in answering all of my questions. Once we finally got my car out of the driveway he had it hooked up and ready to go in less than 30 seconds. He definitely knows what he is doing. I would highly recommend LC towing.

This company is a great representative of AAA!!Martin was amazing!! I called AAA around 10:30 pm bad battery, LC’s was there in nothing flat and I was back at the hotel by 11:40 pm. Absolutely phenomenal service!! Martin keep up the great service and be blessed!!!

Ryan and Simon were amazing. They were both so professional, quick, and even though we had to deal with some unfortunate delays (that wasn’t their fault) they made the drive much better. I really can’t say enough positive things about both of them!

James Kelley was excellent!!On a rainy Saturday, James made it to my car so quickly! He called before to confirm and let me know his eta. He then followed up to check my exact location. After a vague description on my end, he knew exactly where to find me! He knows his area well!!He was so kind and efficient loading up my car.When we arrived at the towing location, he took his time to share his expertise. He knew a lot about my car and why I had car trouble. He explained the information so patiently and thoroughly and it made me feel so much safer and more knowledgeable!!James seriously brightened my day! He is the kind of tow that everyone wishes they had after car trouble!!!

I chose this company based on rating and reviews...unfortunately my experience was not 5-star. I called @ 8:45am to arrange for a tow and I was told it would be appx 2hrs (11am) before they could come and they would keep me posted if the time changed for any reason. I cofirmed that was fine so and scheduled and pre-paid for their service. At 12pm, no one called me so I called asking for a status and I was told they are behind and I was given an eta of 1hr (1pm). At 3pm, no call from LC and no tow so I called several times and no one answered so I left a msg asking for a call back and I advised that we needed to get the vehicle to the garage by 5pm. No one called back. At 3:45pm, I called for a status and they proceeded to let me know that their drivers were to out in Austin and other locations and they could not help me before 5pm. I am now left scrambling trying to make other arrangements for towing, appt with the garage and waiting for a refund from LC Towing since they did not tow my vehicle. I just wish they were up front and let me know it would be late afternoon or early evening before they could assist instead of stringing me along all day.

Worth the wait. Richard was great. Winched us out of a sandy situation.

The driver was wonderful and friendly (I wish I had gotten his name). I needed a tow in rush hour morning traffic in Houston. He got to me quickly and the whole thing went way more smoothly than I could have hoped. Great company, will recommend to friends and family!

Locked my keys in my car and was linked to LC towing from AAA. Ryan Douglas kept me updated on his arrival time. Unfortunately this is the second time I’ve done this recently and last time it took the technician several minutes to unlock my vechicle, Mr Douglas had it done in about 15 seconds. Would definitely recommend this towing service to anyone in need.
