The two front desk receptionist are rude. worst service ever, why work at a customer service job if you’re just giving attitudes. either they gotta train them better or get a better staff

They do not take your pups out to use the RR, clean, or change them. I understand pups make a mess but they should not potty 4-5 times before being changed. I’ve shipped MANY dogs over my years. This is my first time using this airline, and I will NEVER use them again. We waited 2.5 hours to get my babies!!😣 if it’s your process, let customers know to arrive 2.5 hours after arrival... the reps were friendly, but service & the well-being of my pups was awful... stay away...
