They came out and installed a new water heater for me. My old one was leaking. They were quick, professional and reasonably priced. After they were done they cleaned up and left the area cleaner than they found it!! Would totally recommend them!

We had a unit for 11 years and was costing us 700 to 800 a month , after chase and his dad came and looked at my unit they knew right away it was installed wrong they got us a new unit and put it in and every since then my power bills been 250 300 a month and iv been amazed with there work . I’ll be using them from here own out really good guys I’m very pleased with there work !

Our old unit went out and it was time for an upgrade to a whole new system. Got the estimate which was significantly lower than anyone else and they came out in no time and had everything setup in just a few hours time. This company is honest and reliable. Great service

We bought an old house with window ac units in Hueytown. We needed heat and air. Brian Segars took time to explain our options on equipment and installation. We purchased an American Standard gas heating / electric ac unit. Segars and a crew of young men worked for two days installing ducts and registers. They were neat, polite, and seemed to have a firm grasp of what was needed. We could not be more pleased....and they were significantly cheaper than the other estimates.

The guys did an awesome job! My heat didn’t come on, the guys were here promptly and fixed it with no problems and a great price! Won’t call anybody else!

Outstanding again

Ac went out. Called another local company before ya. Was told the part was 1200. Or a new unit 10,000.00 ya come out looked at it and nothing was wrong. Highly recommend ya. Thanks a bunch.

I called them and they came out for a quote within hours. The system was installed 2 days later, it only took them a few hours to install. Clean, professional, answered all my questions and no hidden cost.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. A tech came out to our home and literally lied that hed performed work on our unit which was 15+ years old; basically as old as the home. When I called the office to complain, they lady said, Well, the tech is having some personal problems but I know thats no excuse for what he did. We had to call Norrell Heating & Air to come out since he didnt do anything. My husband is recovering from lung cancer but that didnt sway them from their shady ways. I hope they can sleep at night and they wont even refund our money. Do yourself a favor and never call these people. If their tech and his boss Bryan are any indication of there companies performance and how they conduct their business, they need to go out of business today.

Ive been doing business with them for about 15 years,,ve found them very honest and reliable!! They have repaired and replaced units for me over the years at the best prices of any other company around..very prompt service,, have always come right out when I needed them !They replaced a unit for my elderly mother and were extremely nice to her !! They came back twice to explain to her how to operate the unit at no charge !! Great people to do business with!!
