Hailey Tree did an awesome job. They removed one large tree and four smaller trees on our property. The crew was on time and incredibly hard working and did a great job picking up the yard after as well! The price was more than fair and the company was very responsive when we had any questions. Overall, very happy and would recommend!

They showed up on time, cut down 3 huge trees, trimmed 5 others, grinded down 3 large stumps, worked VERY hard, were incredibly cooperative and professional before, during and after the job. They hire local, young guys who are strong, hard working and dedicated to their job. Tanya and Mike run a first class tree company and its no wonder they have been successful in this business for 30 years. The price was very fair, the workmanship was first rate and the property was fully cleaned when they finished.

Mike and his team did a phenomenal job. I had a large tree get uprooted and fall. Luckily the tree fell in a safe spot and no houses or power lines were effected. Mike came to my house that evening and said he will be there at 7 am the next day. The following morning I got a coffee and returned around 7:05/7:10 ish and the whole crew was there with the machines already fired up and put to work. Talk about on time! Very amazed by the emergency response and appreciate everything the team did to get the tree removed in an immaculate, professional, and timely manner. Couldnt even tell they were there. Tree fell at lunchtime on a Thursday, and was gone by 9 am the next day, special thanks to Hailey Tree, best tree company around!!! Highly recommended.

We had a couple tough trees that were on the property line, they did a great job dropping the trees with great precision and minimal ground damage. Came back a couple days later to do the stumps. Overall solid job with the cleanup.

Hailey removed a large white pine from my front yard that had developed a deep split between its two trunks. Their estimate was several hundred $s lower than anyone else I contacted. The crew was attentive to cleanup after the job, and the lawn was in decent shape when they left (normal divots and some ruts, but thats bound to happen).For customer service, they replied to emails quickly and were easy to schedule. Probably dont wait to ask questions on site while work is happening, because the guy who cut the tree does NOT want to talk to you while hes working - trust me. But Tanya (who was always on site in the truck) was responsive and professional. Overall positive.Great price, good quality, and fast/responsive - Id hire them again.

Hailey Tree removed 3 large trees in my yard. The price was very reasonable and they kept me informed regarding the work and any concerns. They went above and beyond on yard clean up including removing leaves and a large branch from a neighbors tree that had been overhanging my property for years. This was at no extra cost to me.

I contacted Hailey Tree Service and received a call back from Tanya, they came out and gave me very reasonable price to trim back a large tree overhanging my neighbors house and my porch and shed and to grind a stump from a tree I took down. Was told they would be out in couple of weeks, got a call the next day, they came out and took care of my tree and were prompt, professional and even the boss Tanya was out there cleaning up and moving the large branches to the chipping machine with her workers. Very impressed and they cleaned up after they were done, stump guy came out couple days later and took out my stump. Will definitely call them again for a couple of trees in my back yard.

Very little to No concern of their surroundings , including neighbors house / yard / property. Highly lacks Interpersonal communication skills. Price was good but I will over pay next time to have the job done right.

Hailey Tree removed a large tree for me that had fallen in a storm. They really went the extra mile and trimmed the branches off other trees that were collateral damage to the first tree falling. My yard looks 100x better. I will definitely use them again!!!! Great job!

Recently (11/2017) used Hailey Tree to have 2 very large sugar maples cut/removed from my property.Trees were approx. 50 and 80 feet tall located on sloping terrain that angled them toward our home. One of them was right next a deck and addition on the back of our home. The crew was able to strip the trees to the main trunks in just a few hours late one afternoon and when they returned to finish they had the trees down to stumps quickly and without incident. No debris or branches even came close to contacting my home or deck.The crew meticulously cleaned all debris and from yard and hardly left any evidence of their presence on our property.The crew utilized very modern, new looking equipment and fleet of trucks and trailers. Crew was extremely friendly, took the time to speak with my curious children and they even moved my mother in laws car out of my driveway for her when they needed driveway access for their truck. We were very impressed with the crew, their efficiency and ability to meet the promised timeline despite having a rain/wind storm that generated emergency work for them near the time our work was scheduled. They also 100% to the penny honored the VERY competitive quote we were given.Upon completion the owners themselves repeatedly made sure we were completely satisfied with the service prior to leaving.They even trimmed a few unrelated branches that were hanging over my electric and phone lines.Very satisfied, would recommend and use again in future.

Used Hailey Tree 3 times and 2 of them were emergencies. One of them causing 11k damage to the property. They have always been excellent and I agree with one of the other reviews about the clean up which exceeded my expectations. I had to stop them from trying to get every single branch out of the in-ground pool that went through the cover. The liner was destroyed and pool was to be emptied so was sure it would be easier to get them out in the Spring but I appreciated the effort.

Did a great job for a great price. Needed to get work done quickly as Im having my driveway done and didnt want large equipment on it after it was complete. Owner showed up to quote the job within a few days of my request and was able to take down the trees the next day. Did more work than they quoted me, just to make it look right. They did a great job cleaning up every branch even cleaned up the acorns and other branches that were on the drive before they got there! Highly recommend them and will use them again.

Hailey tree did a great job!!! They were very professional, efficient, and quick! Our yard is cleaner then it was before they arrived. We had our Xmas tree sitting in our backyard and they generously offered to chip it up for us. Would highly recommend.

Not a professionally run business and unreliable!! The very first day of the job they didnt even show up and no phone call to let us know why. My husband had to contact them to find out why and was told it was too hot that day. Then the job was pushed to that Saturday which was going to be a lot hotter. When they showed up on Saturday morning their chipper broke down and they couldnt do the job. He was supposed to contact my husband once the chipper was repaired but never did. Yesterday my husband saw them out on a job with a working chipper. Today a good friend saw the same thing. He doesnt communicate when he really should. The woman who answers calls for him is extremely rude.

My neighbors are taking out their trees - which managed to land on our property and knock out our deer fence we just had just redone. This happened because they did not use a cherry a picker at all to cut down a rather large tree. Instead, they send out one guy to cut to it down. It got caught in other trees as it was falling. One of the workers takes a fork lift to it and continued to hit the tree until it fell on our property, it then took out a huge section of our deer fence. When I went outside to confront what just happened to our property, he blamed our neighbor for having a dead tree and said there was nothing he could do about it.Weve had 32 trees removed from our property, I know how trees come down and how its done properly. Im just stunned they were too cheap or lazy to use the cherry picker and cut this down in sections as most professionals would have done. IN the very least, they should have used a rope to direct the falling of the tree. This is the WORST crew Ive ever seen remove trees.

Knowledgeable and skilled at what they do

Phemonal work done. They have done an amazing job at cleaning up years of unkept trees that were a threat to the power lines to my home. They went above and beyond and sent someone out the following day to clean up my gravel driveway. Without even telling me, they sent someone with a compactor to recompact the driveway after two days of work in wet conditions. My parents, my sister and myself have had work done by them and we have all been impressed and pleased!

Driving like an erratic Drunk or texting . is my opinion based on what I saw. I Dont know if it was one of the owners or an employee who was all over the road in Hudson ma in their white ford pickup with green tree insignia on the door and a high body on the back. on the road near brothers pizza...... Stay on your own side of the road and perhaps learn how to drive safely or make sure your employees can drive safely before they kill someone. Inexcusable.In response to the owners pathetic sarcastic as usual lying reply :Only unintelligent people like Tania can respond this way , they simply dont posses the IQ to react differently.they lack the proper verbal skills to respond to anyone in an unemotional mannerism . The proper aproach would be to start off with an apology at intro and without sarcasm resolve the issue in a reasonable act of due diligence. in her case what you see is what you get. For the record... this incident occurred on April 5th in the later part of the afternoon. You say you dont own a white pickup.. Oh really ??? The neighbors had tree work done today. I came outside to find a hole in my front yard. It’s not even close to the property line where they were working. They were also not courteous to the neighbors trying to get around them in the road throughout the day. I will NEVER hire this company or recommend them.

Completely unreliable. Have scheduled and canceled at least four times now. Dont bother.
