Attn: Joann Fabric Distribution Center/Customer Care Center - I had contacted your customer service department using the website contact form back on May 13, 2020 and emailed over a complaint via the [email protected] on May 22, 2020 regarding a damaged shipment I received from my order ending in # 7746. This shipment contained many 2oz. bottles of paint (and one paintbrush) and was shipped in only a plastic mailing envelope (not even a padded envelope) with only a small piece of bubble wrap partially around the paintbrush. When I opened the envelope, I found that multiple bottles broke or opened during transit. I have attached a PDF scan of my original order confirmation email, a screenshot of the customer service fill in page from your website when I first sent over the complaint, the written document of what was sent in that complaint, photos of how items arrived to me (note hot pink and brown paint all over all of the merchandise), and the email response saying that someone would get back to me shortly. I have yet to be contacted regarding this issue or about returning/replacing my order. I do understand that, with the state stay at home orders, this would have delayed a response but this has been left unanswered for 15 days. Please let me know how to get these back to you for refund or replacement.

I was in and out very quickly, the guards were so nice! And you can park overnight on the street.

I have never given a bad review online so this is a first for me. I placed an online order for sixteen bottles of chalk paint with JoAnn.com and it was delivered in three separate packages. The first package with one bottle was fine. The second package came and several bottles of the paint had spilled out into the box and all over the other bottles. Today I received the third package which was a plastic envelope with the last bottle of paint and it had spilled out into the package. I do not plan to ever order from JoAnn online again.

Received a package of 4 sew on hook and eye closures. It was taped up with scotch tape. It only contained 3 sets, instead of 4! Ridiculous.

This particular jo anns is the main warehouse and facilitie. Located in hudson ohio. My company pulls several loads of product every day. Then distributes loads thruought out surrounding states to your local joanns fabrics. Its one of J rayls biggest accounts.
