The staff is friendly, accommodating, and have covid safety in mind. I have 24 hour access to my unit with a personal code for the gate, which makes me feel safe but also able to reach my things whenever I need to!

This is the best storage facility in Dayton. Very reasonable rates. The managers live on-site are extremely helpful and have no problem working with you. Ive been in contact with corporate they have waived my late fees due to the covid-19 financial struggle I am dealing with they have been extremely helpful with quick responses. State facility is gated you have to enter a passcode to get on-site 24-hour accessVery clean. Highly recommended!

Managers live on site and are very nice. I feel my things are secure and the place is well kept. Paying my bill is easy online or in person, whatever’s most convenient at the time. I shopped, they had the best price and the great service is a plus! I recommend to anyone in Huber area!

Tammy helped with an issue concerning my account. She was able to resolve it. Ive been a customer for a few years & really appreciate the staff & facility. Prices are affordable for the storage size. I forgot to update my credit card info and they called me to make a payment before applying a late charge. Staff are friendly and helpful. Clean facility. They recently put new roofing on the storage buildings.

In calling a list of storage places in the entire area, you could here the excellent customer service over the phone. The staff are very personable, patient, professional and so respectful. You’re not just a number-they actually care. Facility is clean and safe. The prices are THE CHEAPEST than anywhere you will find or go. Amazing!!!!!!!!

Overall my experience has been pretty good. They were helpful when I first set it up on what size to choose. Only thing I would say negatively is that both times I tried to use auto-pay, my card ended up being hacked. It might be a coincidence, but to get it set back up you have to go during their office hours (which is hard to find time to do) and re-fill out another sheet, so it’s not worth the trouble to chance that it wasn’t a coincidence.

This is my first storage unit and I am very pleased! We’ve been here for about a year, and have not had any issues! If you’re looking for a good place to store things this is the place!

Very Safe...each storage unit is individually alarmed, managers live on site plus security cameras, lots of lighting, and fenced in. Clean and property is well maintained. Great customer service. They are extremely helpful and keep customers well being in mind.

Nice facility, as long as its not raining. When its raining, the lack of gutters means you get wet just trying to unlock the door. Lots of potholes that need mending, too. Generally, the buildings are sound and the staff is helpful.
