An outstanding store with spectacular customer service! They had my car in and out of there for an oil change and tire rotation in 42 minutes. I really like the way that they have the car care place and the AAA customer service together in one store. They also have quite a few items to purchase as well as just about any map that you want and other services related to travel. The personnel were quite friendly and talkative and very good listeners. The store itself is pretty new, being just a few years old, and very clean. Theyre operating at the highest standard of excellence when it comes to Coronavirus cleanliness. But the store also has a clean look to it when you walk in. Its very smooth and streamlined, making use of all the available space. They even had coffee and donuts the day that I walked in there. Dont really know of many places that do that anymore because they are trying to cut corners to save on cost. An added bonus is the really awesome large glass windows that are on one side of the waiting area if you want to see what theyre doing exactly with your car. Overall, this place is above the rest of the places that Ive taken my car to for oil changes, to include the dealership. Way to go AAA!!!!!!

Out of an emergency I needed new tires on my Toyota Sienna Van.AAA is a few blocks from work so was the most practical choice. Called Monday said they would have tires Tuesday. The only additional work was an alignment.What a great choice using AAA! Even at 260,000 miles the van feels like it is riding on air. The alignment got rid of lane drift and the tires removed the vibration at 70MPH. I dropped car off at 8AM and it was done by 1:00.AAA my new place for dependable tire service!!!!!!Was so impressed I called them personally to let them know what an awesome job the technician did.

I went in for an alingment on my 2016 corvette it took an hour to be completed. I test drove it didnt get a 1/4 mile before I could see the steering wheel was way off center. While they had it they claim the battery went dead and they wanted to test it to see if it was good so they could sell me a new one. They realigned it and it was much better but the steering wheel is still not straight.I dont think Ill be back.

Visited with a minor repair which went fine but the reason I will not return is because of the condescending service advisors. What a shame, I expected more from this place.

Horrible experience, I paid for four brand new tires and they put on two used tires that were worn down and looked worse then the tires I already had on my car . Not mention they even put a flat tire on my car and claimed “they didn’t know how it happened” . Overall poor service, the man who installed my tires didn’t even take the time to look and see that he put two used and wore down tires on my car along with one of them being flat . I had too wait an extra 20 minutes for them to take the tires off and put new ones on which they should of done in the first place . When I tried to explain this instance to the man at the desk they began to get rude with me. I had to pay 700$ for a pour quality job .

Seemed to take a while to get to my late day appointment but suppose nature of buisness. Allways been satisfied with their work.

Customer service was Good. But disappointed in what was not done. Got tires balanced and oil changed and spent $174 dollars which is understandable with needing more quarts of synthetic. But oil life was not reset and tire pressure was not checked. They had to re mount a tire and I had tire pressure at 32,37,37,and 40 just figured for what u pay they could check tire pressures and reset oil life. Its the small details. Overall good experience.

The guy that took care of our car was awesome. Easy going and turned a rough experience into a great one.

Had my vehicle towed to AAA with my AAA service. Joel took care of everything. He did all the work to get the claim processed as the adjusters are not in the field yet. My vehicle had to sit in the shop for several days waiting for the insurance to complete the claim. Once that was done the vehicle was ready really quickly.

I have followed Jason Brown for the past 3 stores he was at. I love the customer service he provided and he keeps my family safe on the road. I have NEVER had such excellent customer service from a car place in my life. He takes his time and explains things I dont understand (with me being a female who has no clue about cars) and keeps going until I understand. He is VERY professional and caring and he is honest about the work that needs to be done compare to the work that can wait because of my financial status. I am a family of 4- all of us have our own cars and Jason has taken care of us for over 14 years. I know I can trust him and his work. Without Jason Im not sure what I do. Thank you Jason for all that you do. You make Bob Sumerel a great place to come. As my son would say...Jason you ROCK...thanks dude.

Fantastic service and great price.

I have used them a couple of times. They seem to be good quality and are friendly and accommodating care repair /maintenance. They are not ones for sales and they are not the cheapest nor will they point out the cheapest, but they seem to be competent. Two examples-You must specify cheaper version of oil change or you will get higher priced one. Second, I looked on line for tire options they could order in for the best deal. Service is good but they are profit driven.

Everything with planning our Disney Trip has been amazing because we were working with Shelley (Michelle) Harris she was organized on top of it. She made sure our needs and questions were taken care of, she was on time for every appointment I made. Now, that she has left these other travel agents are not on her level or just do not give two craps about my trip. The new travel agents and manager have not reviewed my trip they are not answering my questions They have messed up a reservation we had. I was at the office yesterday I made an appointment for 5:05pm I was not seen until after 5:20pm. I am on a very strict time frame due to having a child with disabilities having another destination to be at and to have to wait over 20 minutes for an appointment that was made is unacceptable. We met with a manager Vicki she was rude not only to myself but also to the Disney rep. Then on top of that they could not find my file and had to wait for them to find that. The reservation that was correct from the start is now messed up and had to be fixed. My file was unorganized and was all over the place. I was not able to get all my questions answered and things I needed to be doubled checked. Because I was being pushed out the door. I now feel like my 14K Disney trip is getting ready to be a wash because they are not on top of it like they should be. I feel since they are making a commission off of a 14K trip they need to be on top of by double checking, answering my questions, and telling me things to help my trip go smoothly with no bumps and making sure my kids needs are met especially the one with disabilities and not being questioned on why my child would need certain things. HE IS DISABLED THAT IS WHY! I am so frustrated and irritated with this new group at the triple A in huber heights.

Tony ensured I understood all required work and charges. He consistently goes out of his way to be helpful considerate and caring.

I drive a distance to take my car specifically to the Huber Heights location because of Josh. He is professional and respectful and takes care of my car as he would his own. He makes a point of explaining things to me and walking me through the process while also treating me as an equal. I really appreciate this as this has not been my experience with other mechanics and other auto shops. Josh is an excellent asset to AAA Auto and that it why I rate them at 5 stars.

They are rockstars here. I generally get my oil changed wherever I have a coupon or is convenient. However, this place I have gone back to multiple times...because they take care of you (and there hours are pretty great).Ive also had semi-major work done here as well. They are straight up and give you the information that you need.Customer service has always been second to none.Keep up the great work!

Whats worse than bad service at would be no service. German standing at the service counter did not even acknowledge my presence as he laughed and joked with someone who was obviously another employee of AAA. Its quite apparent that his jovial phone session was more important than taking care of customers. Generally, I dont complain but this isnt the first time at this location and with this individual. AAA you can do better. I hope you read the reviews and look into this matter.

I give this place a 5 star rating due the the cleanliness, promptness and attention to detail of the staff especially Jeremy. Saturday or Sunday are the only days that I can get my vehicles in for service and even if I don’t have an appointment, he always finds time to take care of me. A+++++++ service.Thank you AAA

Awesome service! Had a emergency and needed a tire switched off a rim with a replacement I already had. Manager Jason himself came out and did the swap right on the spot with no wait. That is service you dont find to often! Huber Heights AAA will have all my tire work from here on out.

My tire went flat, and I was nearest to them to stop. They found the hole, took the tire off the rim, put a plug in it from inside of tire, remounted, and rebalanced for under $40, and it only took 30 min. I watched whole thing through the windows. I would absolutely recommend.

I had a flat tire on my truck, a tech by the name of Courtney was very efficient and knowledgeable about what he was doing. Great Job and kudos to Courtney.

The staff here is terrific, especially Josh. He went above and beyond to help us deal with a car that had a serious engine issue, which was complicated by the fact that we are an hour away. Very professional and the facility is spotless. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Excelent and friendly auto service. If you are a AAA member this is the place you should take your car. If you dont, this is the reason to get AAA. 1/2 price oil changes, service discounts, and free battery annually with premium membership! That more than covers the cost of AAA! If you dont want AAA this is still where you should bring your car.

So if you are a member of AAA, you get a 10% discount. However, when I went to pick up my truck, on the counter was a $50.00 coupon for any service over $100.00 excluding tires. Sothe public gets a better discount than members do. Now on the bill I recieved there were a list of charges and tax added minus the $50.00 coupon. At the very bottom of the bill was a shop supplies $25.00. Now its only a $25.00 discount. Walk ins to AAA battery and tire center get a better discount than members do. Secondly, I was charged for an oil change but they never changed the filter. Another thing is they over filled my oil on the dip stick its over 1 inch over the full mark. I was charged for a diagnostic procedure which I never recieved a print out from the diagnostic computer. The mechanic guesses it may be the muffler clogged. I made a mistake having AAA tow my truck to the AAA tire and battery shop by Lowes in Huber Heights Ohio.

They say that theyll rotate your tires with an oil change however they did no such thing. Unfortunately I had to drop my car off so I was unable to watch them to make sure they did the job right. When I got home I decided to see if they actually rotated the tires... they were not. A few months ago I had to replace my left rear tire so its distinct from the other tires and wouldnt you know it the tire was still in the same spot. My advice dont make promises you cant keep.... thankfully I wasnt charged for a rotation otherwise Id be even more upset. Doing this makes me seriously question as to patronizing your business in the future.

I always go here to get air for my tires with a free air service. Its unfortunate that most of the consumers break the air holes every few days and their service men have to repair it. But theyre very friendly and very helpful here. But I would not use AAA for travel.

I came into this office on june 1st of this year to renew my AAA roadside assistance card . i did it using my bank card received my receipt and told it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get my card in the mail BY K COMPTON. As of this day June 24th no card . Contacted the huber office by phone after 3weeks . The lady MELISSA after giving her my info she starts referring back to March? which I told her in the beginning I renewed on june 1st of this year. i should have had my card by now . i came in there on June 1st to have my new card mailed to me now they say they can order me a new one . Last year it took 6 weeks to get my card and even then the same thing happened I had to make calls to AAA about not receiving my card.. It is a shame AAA is not the auto club organization it use to be . I am thioroughly disgusted with AAA..THIS NOT THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE HAD WITH AAA.

Terrible experience, taken the car back 3 times for the same thing. And yet the vehicle is still not fixed. Already charged us over 1500 for a vehicle that still has the same issue. Wouldn’t use them ever again even if I was desperate.

I fill comfortable taking my vehicle to AAA in huber heights, they work hard to get your vehicle back to you as quickly as possible, little pricey but worth not having to worried about breaking down or being stranded, thanks guys for your hard work

Took some tires to be resealed cause had a doughnut on the car and after they repaired it I had to take it home and put it on myself, had to leave the other 2 there for the night so they could get them ready for the next day. For 85$ you would think I wouldnt have to put the tire back on the car myself. Other than that had to wait for them to acknowledge us both times we were there for approximately 5 mins as the coworkers talked back and forth about other jobs. Just didnt feel like they valued the business.

Courteous and friendly. Their tire prices are better than Wal-Mart. Their schedule on the weekend gets pretty full, so plan ahead. Check them out.

I went in for an oil change. Jeremy was the tech, he was courteous and professional. It took less than 30 minutes, and I was on my way.

Tried to get their battery replaced due to failing. Nice waiting room.

Tried to say my alternator was bad (it wasnt) and replaced two of my three belts, then lied and said the ac belt wasnt replaced because it was there, when clearly it was not. Liars and dishonest.

I was traveling out of town and trying to get to my home in another state. I encountered a problem with my car. I called first thing on a Saturday looking for assistance to repair my car. I was told they were booked and there was not any offer to try to work me in to diagnose the problem. I find this disappointing as Im a AAA member. It didnt appear they have very good customer service.

Women send your husbands......The older “gentleman” (I use that term loosely) at the front counter made a sexual comment to my wife about parking her car at Lowe’s so he could watch her walk over to get it. Really?! Bad enough women have to worry about getting taken advantage of at auto shops (whole reason I suggested AAA) now I have to worry about her being objectified to sexual comments. Outrageous how disrespectful he was.

My husband bought 4 Cooper tires a week and a half ago during the store sale. This is not where we normally shop for tires but felt the price was really good, so we gave it a try. Service was cordal and and went smoothly since we had an appointment. My went to to Carolinas for a week vacation and on the return home my wife was alone with our grand daughter when she experienced a flat tire. She has changed many tires in her life but never was she not able to break the lug nuts free. While waiting for our Roadside assistance to arrive an man stop and could not break them free either. Virginia dot roadside stopped and had to use a cheater bar to break the lug nuts free. I am so thankful the post did not break and that my wife had good help. Once she returned home I checked the ft lb pressure and they popped at 150. I called AAA tire and was told with attitude all are torqued at 100. The attitude continued even during my visit for the repair. Touque on this car is recommended from the automotive company 50-80 ft lb pressure. This concludes my complaint take it however you wish. I am just thankful the post didnt break and roadside had a breaker bar. It could have been much worse for my wife and grand daughter stuck on the interstate in VA mountains. No one likes attitude or sarcasm.

What kind of business doesnt accept cash?!? I got a quote over the phone for the price of insurance and went to the location to purchase it. Then, since the guy who quoted me was in Beavercreek and they have an honor system, they wanted me to go to Beavercreek or wait for him to get my insurance set-up but I needed it fast to take to court. Then when they decided they could do it right there for the guy, they asked for a credit card or pre-paid card, I only had cash.... I was told they cannot accept cash..? who in the world would turn away a customer for paying with cash? I thought green paper money spent anywhere. so I had to go take my business to ABC auto insurance on Main St. in Dayton.... I still cant get over the fact of them not accepting cash, thats just ridiculous. He told me even if I went through AAA insurance there on location they still could not accept cash... what world is this where cash is not accepted?

Had air pressure problems, they have FREE air machine, and when froz6or broken, they pull out a hose from in the garage for u. Great service and friendly help.

Please anyone reading this dont ever take your car to this triple AAA facility they would rip you off I took my vehicle here yesterday because I had a no crank start issue I replaced the starter last week with a new starter told the service manager that and he tried to tell me I need another starter because rge starter I had was a cheap starter so psid 337 dollars yesterday for another starter then I was at Walmart wss stranded with6my two little kids gor a hour then finally the car started i knew fir a fact it wasnt a starter issue he just wanted too rip me off and Im never getting any triple AAA products again

I made appointment for 3:00pm 2 days ago for simple oil change today. I arrived on time. Ive been waiting for over an hour..nobody says anything car still on lift! Nobody even touched it in over 20 minutes. Ive finally been told an 1 hour 15 minutes later.... geee we dont have your oil filter in stock! Were waiting for it. Geez ...you had my appointment for two days ...what the hell! !!!! Its now 4:25 and they just got the filter delivered. Theres a Walmart Meijer and auto store 15 minutes away. It this place takes over an hour to get a filter. On top of all that you should have had it already. You had two days to get your act together. At the end of the day...it was no charge. It doesnt make me feel any better about yourbusiness.
