We didnt end up using Kosins Glass, but I can tell that we absolutely would have if all we needed was a windshield replacement. Val was able to verify that body work would need to be done in order to avoid future leaks. Val was super helpful and full of advice and tips. I would have been very comfortable having them do the work. In the future, itll be the first place we call. It was so refreshing to dial a number and actually speak to someone who works right there, on location and not some call center.

The only place we take our vehicles for chip repairs! The entire staff is helpful and they truly know what great customer service is. Weve also had them do glass doors in our bathroom as well and the entire experience was excellent. Top notch service and such wonderful people!

I called Safelite for a quote on a windshield replacement. It was $500 for a stock windshield and over $700 for the Mopar Jeep replacement. Kosin got me in next day, with the Mopar Jeep windshield for UNDER $500. They were very nice and professional. If you needed yet another reason to shop local this is it. Don’t throw money away at a chain.

The side windows and transom that surround my front door needed to be replaced because the seals were broken and there was water staining between the panes. I was told by multiple glass companies that they couldnt replace them. They told me Id have to buy a whole new door-wall. Kosins not only replaced the windows but did them fast and at a great price! Johns installation looks flawless and I couldnt be happier with Kosins Glass.

Made an appointment to have a small crack fixed in windshield. Took about 30 minutes just like they said it would. The lady at the counter was very nice. And the repair actually looks very nice, although the main point is to make sure the crack doesn’t spread, but it is hardly visible now. Very happy!

Ultimately the best place you could possibly ask for!!!! Had to have a piece of glass cut for our wood burner and asked if it could possibly be done same day. Which in return, after hours, they cut my glass and stayed 40 min after closing just to get it to me. They go above and beyond for their customers. If you are in need of anything regarding glass, small cuts, large cut, mirrors, shower doors and even auto glass, I HIGHLY recommend them. And if you talk to Val, she is by far the best!! Willing to make sure all of her customers are satisfied!!!!

We ordered a reception window from Kosins Glass. It was so easy to order. The woman on the phone when we first called was so nice. She got me over to John who quoted the glass and ordered it. Every thing was great even with the minor hiccup when the glass was chipped. They quickly ordered a replacement and got it out to us. This spring we had them replace two large windows in the store front. They came out to quote the job and had it finished in a very timely manner. If I could give 10 stars I would. Kosins has great service and gets the job done right. I called Kosins for a quote and they gave me, right off the bat a competitive quote for replacing my windshield. I made an appointment and had my windshield replaced within a few days. They did a good job but there were a few glitches. The rain sensor didnt work and part of the modeling came loose. The sign of a good company is how they respond to issues that come up. The next business day I dropped off my vehicle and they fixed everything to my satisfaction. Val was great also. I would highly recommend this company.

While mowing, I put a rock through the front window of our home in Brighton. I called Kosin on a Tuesday and they had someone out to our home on a Thursday. They quoted me a price, cut the glass and installed the glass all on site. The worker was nice, clean - and somehow managed to not wake up two napping kids while doing the work (which made my wife happy!) Reasonable price for the work and great service. Really liked the fact that they were able to do the quote and installation all at once.

Im the kind of person who looks mainly at reviews, and mainly the negative reviews. The bad reviews were mainly about the staff and how they can be rude. I sat in the waiting area for about 2 hours listening to how the interacted with the customers. Very professional and very helpful. I would recommend Kosins to anybody. And I will deffinitly be back

They did mess up in the beginning with me! I was very angry & unhappy. After getting home, they called back to say they could come out & fix my windsheild because they messed up with me coming there. I was fine with that, I took my kids to the library next door. We were there not even 15 minutes and I got a call they didnt have a certain part. The lady at desk said it wouldnt be in until later today. I couldnt stay at the library for over 3.5 hrs. I went back over to the shop and got my keys. All the lady said was Im sorry. Not only did I drive 30 mins to get there, she didnt even try to gain my business again. Waste of my time & gas!! Will never go here again or reccomend this place!
