Livingston Gutter did the gutter install on my new build about 1.5 years ago. Due to recent heavy rains in SE MI, noticed that there was water dripping from inside the overhang soffit vents. This appeared to be caused by the upper floor downspout overflowing where it dumps into the main floor gutter.Called about two weeks ago to get on the schedule to get the install inspected. Appt was today (8/10) and I got a call while waiting for them to arrive that theyre not coming out because its no longer under warranty.OK, that is fine but dont waste my time (2 weeks and clearing my schedule today) to tell me something that they should have told me when I first called.

Called for a minor repair and they wanted $350 bucks to come back out for a 10 min repair. She told me that’s the minimum cost they will come out for. I see how you treat your customers.

After receiving an insanely high priced quote from a leading competitor, a friend mentioned Livingston Gutter. We called them and from the start of the process, everyone we came into contact with was kind and helpful. Their quote was about 60-70% LESS (yes, you are reading that percentage correctly) and that included new gutters and leaf protection! They arrived at our home bright and early and got started right away. Upon completion, they cleaned up their materials and left our yard as clean as it was when they arrived. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I would strongly recommend them.

My experience was excellent, from the salesperson who gave the quote, to the office manager who scheduled the appointment, to the installers who performed the work.The salesman didnt try to hard sell me, the price was very good, the contract was handled over the phone and by text, and the installers were very professional and did a fantastic job. My gutters were installed in about 4 hours, work perfectly, and look great. As a contractor myself, I highly recommend this company.

Bad experienceOrdered gutters for our new garage and carport.After installed, gutters not working properly, it lacks drainage. Took a closer look after few months and this is what I find:1) no adaptor between the gutter and downspout. Gutter has and x cut and crude attachment between the downspout and gutter with 2 screws. Opening reduced to less than 2 wide, screws also reduce the opening even further. only takes one leaf to close it. Water sipping around the x cuts as well.2) Gutter installed on top of drip edge and not straight allowing water access behind it.3) The drip edge was excessively cut at corners in barbaric manner.4) Supporting brackets installed over the drip edge5) Drip edge pulled away from house and unnecessarily bent overWhen contacted, they try to sell me more services instead fixing the problems. Owner did not respond when contacted.I would not buy services from this company again.I also do not recommend it for anyone who needs gutter installedPosted 8 pictures but most not showing.

Saw this guy in the silver silverado use a left turn lane as a right and cut off the person in the right lane almost crashing them. Then saw him driving 65-70 in the fast lane on 96 with a line of about 20 cars behind him waiting for him to merge. 🤦 If you cant drive down the road properly then you probably cant fix gutters properly. Watch out on the road folks, hes dangerous.

The Team was awesome to work with! They replaced all the gutters and installed guards on our entire home. Recommended to increase to a 6 gutter due to the slope of our roof and it worked out perfectly. It was a great experience. Great price. Highly recommend!

Great service from beginning to end. Estimator came out on time, installer as well came on time and did a good job. An adjustment was needed and they sent someone out the day after I called and they too were friendly and did a great job. Highly recommend.

They just installed my gutters this week. The two guys that did the work were very friendly and informative; foreman was very patient and polite with my questions and obviously knew what he was talking about. I am very happy, especially after the downpour two days ago. I definitely recommend.

Not a good experience at all!! The guy who came and did the estimate was great but Miranda who answers the phone does not have a clue what is going on.
