Been using The Garbage Man for years. Never had a problem with customer service or pickup. Great service at a great value!

This is a great little company! We have had problems with other rubbish services. Hired Garbage Man in Pinckney and then again when we moved to Brighton area. Never had one issue yet. They are very responsive and also reasonably priced!

This company is top notch! I switched to them because Advanced was awful and would not pick up any bags outside the trash can unless I called in and paid extra. When I called The Garbage Man, the staff was super friendly and helpful with signing me up. Weve done a couple house purges with LOTS of stuff outside the can, almost nervous because of all the stuff, but its been picked up every week, hassle free!Highly recommended!

Office manager is not professional. There are great at 1st then the customer service falls of the map. Very poor attitudes!

The woman is a vile rude unprofessional al person. Overcharged me and when I asked about it she refused to provide refund. Then ended paid service 30 days in advance. Complained to my bank and the THE GARBAGE MAN placed a fraudulent charge on my account!

Its made out of garbage

I was referred to them by a good friend, that uses them, they have been very reliable until now. For three weeks not they have taken only one can! Paying close to $60 per quarter. Now I have garbage pile up and the gal in the office an only say :I dont know well I will try to get n touch with Josh, that was last Friday....we will be switching to a different carrier! I do not recommend , they seem to change their rules and jack up their prices when they feel. Not happy and neither are my neighbors. Bad way to do business! If I could give no stars I would.

Very pleased with this company. The pick up man takes care of our trash bins after emptying too. Puts them neatly along the road and not tossed to the side!👍🏼😊

The Garage Man was at my house, with windchills below zero, at 6:30AM taking care of my garbage. Never had any problem with them. Changing to them was the best thing I ever did.
