This is an amazing dental center great staff and dentist great place in all the only huge downfall is that it takes months to be able to receive an appointment i have waited since April I 2021 made an appointment I couldnt get in to here until October of 2021 and I need some serious cavities and work done and its only a cleaning appointment I need this work done now after my cleaning how long am I gonna have to wait for this I asked to be on the list for any cancelations and within these 6 months of the waiting list I havent received one phone call its really sad to have to post this negative side of this dental center but guys please figure out how to get patients in quicker and help the customers get into see a dentist sooner sorry 😞

This dental office has the most upbeat and Knowledgeable staff, the dentist is amazing and answered every question I had.Jennifer the dental hygienist as amazing as well! I had a cleaning and a couple extractions a couple months ago at my community dental in Howell. Everyone I had contact with was extremely pleasant. I went back today for some fillings and again, everyone was super pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. The dentist is great and very polite and both experiences were nearly pain free.

Only went in for the dentist to take a look and he found one cavity and immediately was able to get it taken care of same day. It was painless and quick. Wouldn’t go anywhere else

They take great care of my Daughters Teeth. Very kind, timely and professional. She gets quite nervous about Dental Work, Shots, etc. The staff is very patient and explains step by step what they are doing. Definitely our Home Town Dentist!

I have not been to the dentist in a long time due to being scared but Jen #1 really helped me threw all my anxiety and is helping me get my smile back to wear it use to be and where it should be. The lead dentist is amazing as well, take his time to explain everything he is doing!!! Highly recommend to everyone

My community Dental center in Howell ,MI is the best. Very friendly staff. I dont do well with needles and not only did they hold my hand but they went above and beyond to calm me down and make sure I was good.. I cant say enough how grateful I am.. The hygienist was great and very nice but the dentist was very rude and made me feel terrible for having so many cavities. She also told me the only way my smile would ever look good is with front to back veneers and I’m stupid for thinking one crown would make my smile look better even though all my teeth are straight except one tooth that looks different because it was chipped as a kid.

Very professional and considerate of my needs, went above and beyond to assist in my medical needs. And took extra attention to make my procedure go smoothly and getting me an appointment in a timely manner. Their follow up, has been exceptionally smooth. I would highly recommend them.

I have seen many dentists in my day and I dont like going. But today at my first appointment, I was very impressed! All the staff and the dentist himself were understanding, informative, and very kind! I have never been to a dentist like this before! They all treated me with dignity and respect which I have never experienced before!

I absolutely adore the entire staff at My Community Dental Center in Howell.. I had 2 extractions of the wisdom teeth and they were the most gentle, caring, patient, and informative people I have ever worked with in a dental setting. My cleaning was just as well. Definitely found my Dental team!

If I could give zero stars I would! This place overbooks to the point where it causes hurt to people! They are in business just for high turnover rate and money! My senior mom has two abcess teeth which is dangerous! They can go septic and kill her not to mention it can cause heart problems.They got her in to clean her teeth and take x-rays. Which took her calling everyday waiting for a cancellation to even book her. We wouldnt have even chosen this dentist but they do sliding scale cost. Well the dentist said we will get you an antibiotic until we can get your teeth pulled. My mom couldnt get antibiotics from urgent care because she got 2 rounds just until she had her initial appt. After this initial appointment she was told they couldnt get her in for a MONTH to pull her teeth! They wouldnt give her antibiotics until her face swelled up again. Then was told her antibiotics would last a week in her system after she was done with hers. Then she was to call when her face swelled up again to get antibiotics called in. Well being as though her antibiotics would run out Friday and there closed the weekend we wanted it called in before the face swelling and were denied antibiotics even though a pharmacy said the antibiotics would only last in her system a day which would only be until Saturday! They are closed on the weekends when she would need medicine! So the dentist lied about being able to give her an antibiotics. The being said we had to call other dentists which we cannot afford because they do not do sliding scale. They are getting her in within 2 days! Everybody do yourself a favor worry about your health not the money and choose another dentist!!!!!

My daughter, who has Down Syndrome, had a pleasant teeth cleaning experience. The technician was very efficient and accommodating to Danas condition.

I am a new patient and everyone has been very nice and helpful in explaining what was happening and what needs to be done. My major complaint is scheduling. I understand covid restrictions but today I had a procedure and was told to come back in 6-8 weeks but when I tried to schedule the first available was 14 weeks out. If you know you have procedures being done that need follow ups at certain times, then leave a couple spots open each week to get those in. Overall I like them but expect to wait weeks to months to be seen. My original appointment was schedule over 3 months out from when I called.

I’ve been going to My Community Dental for almost 4 years. The staff is always helpful explaining how and why procedures are needed. They are super gentle, and patient with my daughter age 3 1/2. The front desk lady’s are outstanding and make me feel welcome and happy to see us. I love that my daughter is no longer nervous to go to the dentist. They’ve done incredible with her.

The staff was great, made me feel completely at ease after finally working up the courage to return to the dentist. The last couple dentists I visited were terrible.I was putting off going through yet another horrifying experience with rude and uncaring professionals. After my initial consultation Im now ready to take the necessary steps to finally start smiling again.

From the assistance giving you support from the doctor doing just an amazing awesome job carrying about your well-being in your comfort while you are there while he is working on your procedure.. the women at the front desk are above and beyond helpful friendly and always willing to work with you and be understanding in whatever comes their way. I would recommend any of my friends and family to go there in a heartbeat!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The dentist is sweet and caring especially if youre nervous like me. The office is immaculate, both inside and out. They easily handle emergency visits too!! This is the place to go for your dental needs.

I have not been to the dentist in awhile and you could tell by the conditionOf my teeth they are not in the best condition.I was actually thinking of canceling my appointmentToday because of my fear. I’m glad I did not.They started a plan for my teeth and hope to get my teeth in better health. I do have to wait a bit to fix my teeth because I don’t have great insurance. He spoke to my granddaughter like she was his child, reassured her explained everything to her, wiped her tears when she was crying! Absolutely wonderful! I am the biggest baby of all when it comes to any dental procedure. I need a xanax just for a cleaning.This time, with this place, I can honestly say,They are the best at understanding pain, they go at your pace, stop whenever you say anything, like a question, a statement, or a funny story, they take the correct amount of time to hear what you say.And are always in a good mood. They use techniques to help you relax, breathe, and wont rush you to call down. My visit, I had all my teeth removed for dentures.

Very bad Communication, my dad was told to go in at 8 AM for as an emergency. He waited over an hour and a half. No one got to him, The moment he decided to leave that’s when they decided they were ready for him. If you have an emergency do not go to this place they will leave you sitting there in pain until they feel like they’re ready to see you.

I was so nervous about my appointment to have fillings today they did an amazing job and I feel silly for being so nervous. I felt no pain from the shots the drilling or any part of my appointment. This lessened my fear of future dental appointments and they deserve 5 starts. Well done 👍

The entire staff was very friendly and extremely efficient. My son was scheduled for a simple cleaning and check up but had a painful issue with one of his teeth that needed immediate attention. The staff made time in their schedule to take care of everything during the visit, made my son very comfortable and had us out of there very quickly. My son feels much better with no anxiety about going back.

First timer! Impressive environment, personal and professional. I feel that Im in good hands here. Patient and thorough with ALL my questions! Healing starts at the front desk: This office helped me feel better with just x- rays and oral exam. They have my trust so far!

I’m giving one star because I always liked this place previously it seemed like a nice friendly place for me and my family. However when I went in from the moment of arrival no one addressed me at the front desk when they were all right there. No one was being clear I could barely hear or understand them even during the appointment. I really wish the doctor and assistants would voice loud and clearly what each step was for and if it was okay, ESPECIALLY during a procedure. The exam was mostly fine other than not knowing what was going on or going to be done. But I figured they know what they’re doing and won’t mess up my teeth. When that was over I was asked for a follow through with a filling that same day so I wanted to get it done, I want to be healthy. But then everything seemed to go downhill for me, other than feeling unwelcome at this oral health center. I was prepped and shot with numbing without any recollection of what was about to even happen to be exact. Immediately after the shots I felt sick and started to get shakey. No one would talk me through the protocols or procedures what I was to do or what tools were being used. Prior to the filling, a staff member had me digitally sign twice without reading to me exactly what it was, I was hesitant but signed.The staff who treated my teeth after the fillings was very harsh and still unclear. She told another staff what she was doing before I even heard those words - remind you in the middle of the procedure. When my cavities were being drilled out I felt like my whole tooth was being shredded down;because no one was making it a clear point that I understand move by move what they’re doing to my mouth. No one even explained TO ME where the cavities were and how many or the recommendations. I just realized nobody asked or told me what kind of filling I would receive neither, because I got silver when I wanted composite. I’ve never had silver fillings before and they never asked for my CONSENT.In results I left this appointment with a headache and unsteady stomach. The results will prevail.I’m not sure I’ll be returning and I will be getting second opinions.

Started my treatment plan about a year ago, took that long because of me BUT, I have to say I’m soooo happy with my treatment!! The doctor was great, the dental assistants were amazing and shout out to SHERRY!!! She was more than great with me and my hectic schedule and also my wife was treated great! All in all a Great place 10/10 if I could!

Love MCDC and recommend them often, because a lot of people simply dont know they exist. Staff is always friendly and weight time is usually minimal.I wouldve given them five stars however I believe they could do better with their x-ray vests they are only able to sanitize the outside of the Vest. I would feel much better if they would use disposable paper between the patient and the Vest because thats the side that cannot be sanitized.

I had broken my front tooth and I called them frantically at night, desperate for an appointment to fix it. They called me the following morning telling me they would be able to see me that day. (That’s the reason they get the one star).I arrived to my appointment that morning, fully expecting to receive treatment and leave with no more worries. That was the complete opposite of what happened. Not only did I still leave with a broken tooth, but I left in one of the most depressed and upset moods I’ve ever been in.I was told to not waste any more money fixing my real teeth but to invest in dentures, AT 26 YEARS OLD. What dentist wouldn’t bother to save a patients real teeth? The reason why I made the appointment, to fix my tooth, wasn’t even addressed. Instead, they decided to make the decision for me and create a treatment plan to receive dentures! Not once was I asked what would make me happy or what I would like to see done down the road, they decided for me and told me this was how it was going to be. I was also shamed for being a smoker, which has apparently led to my “bone loss”. Numerous times the dental hygienist made a great effort to remind me of this.I was shocked that the dentist I saw is some sort of “master” at his profession, pointing out things that numerous dentists I’ve seen have never brought to my attention. In fact, the dentist I immediately went to after leaving their office, saw nothing anywhere close to what this man described my teeth to be.So instead of leaving with a fixed tooth and in happy spirits, I left looking the same way as I went in and a broken ego. I drove to an actual, professional, dentist who was able to fix my smile and give me a realistic treatment plan, which I gladly paid out of pocket for.I was so disappointed that my former favorite dentist referred me to this place. I called him to inform him of my experience, hoping he doesn’t refer any more patients to MCDC.Do not come here unless you want your decisions made for you and to leave humiliated. Never in my life will I refer anyone to this place.

Ive always had a positive experience at this office. The staff is friendly, hygenists are very knowledgeable and the dentist is a real pro. Whats most important to me though is the fact they are on point with my dental situation theyve reviewed my case and know whats going on with me so when I ask questions they are on the same page with me, that to me makes me feel comfortable with this dentist.

The dentist in Howell MI is amazing! Hes gentle, funny & does amazing work. .. he is the only dentist in that office is and is incredibly committed . The staff is just as friendly and knowledgeable, . Theyre very organized and detailed and make going to the dentist a good experience.

Every one was very pushing. I was there at 1:20pm for it and it was scheduled for 1:30pm. They took people that had there at 1:50pm. Before they took me back.

They really care about your teeth and what will be the best bang for your buck. They are very gentle and keep checking to make sure youre not in any pain! Very comforting knowing they care enough to keep asking if I feel anything :)

I would recommend this place to everyone! They are very friendly and professional. I have never had a wait in the waiting more than a few minutes. They are very accommodating. More often than not they would call me to see if I wanted to come a day earlier then my appointment if they had cancellations. This place is AWESOME!

We were very concerned about having to take our kiddo to the dentist during COVID-19, unfortunately it was necessary. I have called several dentist in the area (we are fairly new to the area) even before the pandemic to look for a dentist for our kiddo. Most of them told me I could not go back to sit with him during his visit. Our kiddo is 6! I called My Community Dental and the staff was very friendly and helpful and most importantly for us, one of us could be with him during his visit! When we got there they we very nice and they asked us health questions took our temperature. And only 1 family was allowed in the waiting room to check in at a time. The office was very clean. The Hygienist Kylee was SOOOO SWEET!!!And the Dr was VERY nice!! EXCELLENT bedside manor! We are VERY happy that they are our kiddos new dental office!! And they take adults, so after things have settled down with the virus I will be scheduling myself an appt there!!Thank you MY COMMUNITY DENTAL (Howell)!!

Really good people her, the ladies make you feel comfortable and welcome. I work a lot and they go out of there way to accommodate my busy schedule. My only request is that they do a swing shift two or three nights a week for people that work during the day. That way I would not to miss any work and can afford to spend more on my teeth.

The girl technician/assistant of the dentist was extremely nice and was absolutely wonderful with my son Evan today! Major props to her, she is great with children! The dentist was very nice as well. I love that they have cute names for stuff like sugar bugs or silver stars and that they were telling him every step of the way what they were doing. My son said he loves going to the dentist now!Thank you!

Always friendly and professional. Very clean and modern place, everyone is kind. If you have dental anxiety they are great too. Excellent equipment compared to place I used to go, high tech and you can see your teeth and treatment plan on computer. They take the time to explain everything and what is going on. Easy to find and close to freeway as well.

The staff was professional and friendly. Staff was clean and the building was as well. They had on their PPE equipment and sanitized the work area often. They took the time to explain my options. Then assisted me with further tooth care and recommendations.

Went in for an emergency extraction and it was the best extraction I have ever had and I have had many. No pain at all, didnt even feel the shot. SIMPLY AMAZING!!

First of all the place is clean! The staff are all nice, very helpful and funny. There really is no wait time. They get me in and out. First time in my life i dont dread going to the dentist.UPDATE: had 3 teeth pulled today and he was amazing! Virtually pain free. So impressed!!

The dental hygienist was wonderful with my daughter (who was excited about a visit to the dentist and will continue to be so in the future). The dentist didn’t dilly dally and seemed knowledgeable. Upon leaving my 3 year old said, “That was fun, Mama!”.

The people in this office are so kind. I feel very comfortable visiting the office. I’m glad I am a patient. The dentist is very personal and the hygienist is equally personal. I’ve had 3 visits and all 3 have been wonderful.

Best dentist I’ve been too! They’re all so kind and friendly. Very pleased with them. I’ve been going to them for a little over a year now and I am beyond satisfied! Loved them sense the first day I went there! They tend to all my needs and I always leave there feeling good about my visit!

Great experience with both my kids. Amanda is so awesome at what she does!!! Dr. Bob is really good with the children also. This is The best dentist ive been too. Wish my dentist office was this great as a child. Also the ladies in the front were very helpful getting my kids in sooner. So blessed to have a office like this in our city.

They covered every bases when ensuring safety from covid 19. Highly recommended!
