The worker at Mr. Muffler swapped out the springs on my truck struts to Bilstein 5100 leveling ones. He was very friendly and even gave me some tips for the install back onto my truck. What would have been a long and/or potentially dangerous job to do at home took him all of 15 minutes, it was a great experience.They do charge extra for credit card so make sure to have cash/check.

They did an outstanding job on my old 4Runner. High attention to detail which is surprising since few rarely look underneath but I did and they did a great job. This exhaust will outlast the vehicle for sure. Thank, Mr. Muffler!

Needed my breaks done, brought my car in close to closing and the next day they were done, I have a manual transmission so was nice that he knew how to drive it. Great customer service let me know the cost of everything up front and said hed call if any other problems were found. If I didnt live 4 hours away Id make this place my go to for any work I needed done. Reasonable prices compared to other places I looked into.

Ive been going to Bob (Mr Muffler) for 15 years when I need exhaust repair. He is honest and wont rip you off. Good quality repairs but he can get busy which means it may take a while to get your car in. I like that he will show you what the problem is.

I took my car to muffler man in brighton and got quoted 700 dollars to fix my exaust.Brought my car to mr muffler today to have a second opinion, boy am I glad I did. He calls me back saying he fixed it for 45 dollars. Just needed 2 bolts replaced

This is my second time coming here. Both men I worked with were very knowledgeable and friendly. Too often I have felt uncomfortable with the guys where I go to get my car fixed, these men made me feel VERY comfortable. I would highly recommend them and I will return there.

I have been taking my cars and trucks to Mr. Muffler for over 10 years. They are honest and have always fixed everything I have taken there. Today I took my F150 truck to have the starter replaced. Bob worked on it much longer then the hour he quoted because the truck was old and the bolts were corroded and seized. He only charged me an hour of labor, even though he spent more time on it. In the past I took the F150 here for a muffler and tail pipe. Bob only replaced the bad pipes and muffler. Most other places tell me I have to replace the entire exhaust system. I sent my son there and they took good care of him too.

Gave them over five hundred bucks to put a new muffler on and they were to cheap to replace my hangers and not even a year latter they are broken they have lost my business for now on sorry Bob the price is wrong

Awesome service. They treated me like a person not some ditzy bimbo. I called a couple places and one place treated me very bad on the phone. They laughed and said it is after 10on a Saturday why would you wait so long, you can drop it off and we will see if we can get to it. I said no ty Ill go elsewhere. Extra 10 minutes of drive time was worth it for sure. They got me right in and fixed in less time and for less than I was quoted. Thank you guys!!!! Highly recommend this place. Bob was working by himself and did an awesome job. I had a hole somewhere in the exhaust system. Belle Tire took a look but quoted $1,200 bc the way they replace the system is find where the break is and replace everything from the next connecting bolt on. I brought the diagram to Mr. Muffler and Bob didnt even look at the car gave me a fair quote of $175 and knew exactly how to fix it. As I was waiting for a ride I overheard Bobs conversation with another customer and was amazed of his knowledge. You can tell that this guy has seen everything and knows how to get it done and the best part, doesnt over charge. He had the car up in running in less than 4 hours and that was bc he had a different appointment in front of me. If you have any exhaust (or car issues bc they do other things as well) Mr. Muffler is the place to go, you will not be disappointed.

I knew i had some problems with the car and asked them to fix my exhaust and see what the other problem was too see if it was my steering and when i got the car back the steering was alot worse when i got further down so i took it to bell tire and they called back 45 minutes later and said my subframe was rotted out and the car was no longer safe to drive so Im thinking mr muffler accidently damaged the subframe to the brink and bothered not to tell me about it, wont go back to this place anymore
