Mr. Sandman recently refinished the hardwood floors in my 70+ year old house. My floors look like new! They arrived on time and did a fabulous job! The doorway was sealed off, there was no dust to worry about and they worked very conscientiously. I will recommend them to everyone that has hardwood floors.

From the first meeting, it was apparent that flooring is Joshs passion. He exceeded our expectations. When a problem arose, he had a solution. For example, when we discovered drafty floors, Josh spray foamed the joists. Josh and his sons were committed to our project the whole week, often working past 5:00. Our only regret is not finding him sooner. Looking at our foyer, done by a different company, to our new kitchen/dining flooring, theres really no comparison to Joshs finished product. Thank you for a wonderful experience and a beautiful floor.

Joshua and his team did a wonderful job on our hardwood floors! He was able to get us onto his schedule quickly and was very easy to communicate with. He was very timely and we just love the transformation of the floors! He also was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend!

Mr. Sandman does an excellent job! I have had an excellent experience with them. They are clean, courteous, and very particular about their work. Clearly, this man is highly experienced and very reputable. He refinished our hardwood maple floors after 12 years of having 100# dogs scratching the floors up. Not only did he get the scratches out, but sincerely Josh made the floors look better than they did originally...no joke. Absolutely beautiful job! AND he is so good that the baseboards did not need to be removed beforehand - he can get that close. And now, if thats not enough, he will be coming to repair some additional scratches that other service folks have left during the updating of our home we are trying to sell. Hubby and I highly recommend.

We had 3 floors that needed to be done all maple. It was an older house but by time he was done the floors looked like a brand new I stall. Very clean and detailed work.

Sandman installed our floor. Squeaks, creeks, and pops. Not impressed!!
