Your greeter is incredibly disrespectful and rude. I was unaware that support animals are not allowed and before I could get a word in, this man proceeded to repeatedly say, β€œyou can’t come in here with that” as he pointed at my support dog and waved his hand at me when I’d try to excuse myself for not knowing. He continued to tell me that he was calling a manager to β€œdeal” with me. There was nothing to deal with. This man was so hostile towards me that even my dog barked at him which he has never done! I decided to simply remove myself from the situation without saying anything. I am not going to disrespect someone who is older but I do not appreciate being treated in this manner especially when I have NEVER been refused entry at any other Sam’s Club when I have my support animal.

Refunds are an issue. A sign should be posted informing customers their refunds will take more than 7 days to be deposited into their account. It has been 7 days & my refund is not iny account. I would had requested a gift card had I known about the length it would take. Sams blames my bank. My bank states they have no control processing Sams refund to customers.

We usually shop in store. The App is the best. No need to wait in lines to check out. Tried club pick up for the first time today. Lady stacked our items very nicely in our truck making sure the lighter things didn’t fly away. Parked, loaded, in and out, in less than 15 minutes with our products. Excellent service!

So I’ve been shopping at this Sams for years and it’s ok. Today I ran in to grab a rotisserie chicken, so I make a quick and easy meal tonight, only to get home to discover that my rotisserie was not fully cooked.Also, when I get home I always put my rotisserie in my oven for about 15 mins to give it a little extra crisp and you can see the result in the photosI tried calling the club twice to speak to someone in either member services or the meat dept and the phone rang for at 10 mins each time before I hung up with no answer.I hope this is just bc perhaps someone new was working and a one off type of situation

I went to Sam’s the other day (Sept. 12, 2021 around 2pm to be exact) and I forgot my Sam’s club card. The lady at the register told me I had to go to customer service/membership because of it. On my way there a guy working in auto parts or whatever your auto department is called seen me walking up and asked if I needed a refund because I had a cart full of things. I told him what was going on and he said don’t worry I’ll help you. He helped me out by entering my number in the system and also checked me out. I’m disappointed that I forgot his name but he went above and beyond for me. Thank you to that man. I really appreciate your customer service!

I purchased Goodyear tires in July 2021 and had an incident this month, August 2021, on the freeway and had to put my spare tire on. I took the tire back to Sams and the employee pulls out a document that was not included in my envelope regarding warranty. He claims the tire is not covered under warranty and told me to talk to the manager to see if he could make an exception. I would think this document he showed me would be included in my envelope of receipts that they gave me. Im not a tire expert but I do know that driving on a spare tire for long is not ideal. I was forced to buy another Goodyear tire. Unbelievable service and misleading information. Such a headache at the tire dept at this Sams Club.***update***As of August 16, 2021, I was able to talk with Sams general manager, not the tire dept. manager, and she was able to get me a refund on my a tire minus the installation fee. I am satisfied with that but I will not be purchasing tires from this location going forward. Thanks to the manager that helped me, she was very understanding.

I just left the Sams Club on Rice Avenue and I go there at least once a week. Most times its a pleasant experience, but today there was one door person checking the receipts while at least 20 people waited in line. Its really a joke when you can check out your stuff quicker than can walk out the door. I gave up and just walked out and the lady screamed at me. I think she and the management should remember Im the customer and if your system is not working you need to fix it for your customer. Costco on Richmond always has two people checking receipts and Ive never seen a back like at Sams today.

This Sams club location is one of the worst locations they have. Employees are not customer friendly and not helpful! Wal-Mart Corp has never been known for good customer service yet since the pandemic they have went from bad to worse! I placed a pick up order so that it would be ready to pick up on my way home from work. The order was scheduled to pick up at 6 pm but I did not receive an email or text that it was ready. I called to check on my order 3 times letting the phone ring for about 30 minutes. Seriously they do not even have people to answer the phone when you pay a yearly membership fee! I stopped in the curbside pick up area and used their text system to let them know I was there. Again I tried this 3 times with no response. Since I had already been charged I went in the store and found a curbside employee who offered no assistance or solution other than to say they were still working on 5 pm orders and I would have to wait possiblely 2 hours for my order! So what is the point of curbside pickup if it is not ready when you schedule it! I then located a manager who was equally as unhelpful besides the fact she was not wearing her face mask properly! She said she could cancel my order and I can go pick up my own order and wait in very long check out lines! Thanks for nothing what should have about a 1 hour allotment of time turned into 2.5 hours total! Way to go Sams club way to suck the joy out of my evening! Bottom line if you are are looking for customer friendly, time efficient, safety conscious shopping dont make the same mistake I did!

Pharmacy is terrific - my gf and I both struggled for ages to find a pharmacy that carried all of our medications and consistently have them in stock.Going on 7, 8 months now, not once have they not have what we needed, and they’ve flawlessly filled every script immediately every time. However, these should not reflected the company integrity because few staffs got up on a wrong side of the bed. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Horrible experience. Nobody ever answers the operator line. Been trying to get in touch with the tire Dept. And they don’t even have a prompt on the automated line. My car got towed there after a blow out by the sams club tire warranty Dept and I can’t get anyone to answer the operator line to transfer me to automotive. They don’t care about their customers. I even tried calling bakery, optical, pharmacy, and they just transfer me back to the operator. Been trying to call FOR 2 days while I’m at work to see what they need from me to have my car ready for pick up! NEVER AGAIN. I wait on hold so long that the phone hangs up after 20 minutes. Just pathetic, can’t even get a hold of a manager.

Had appointment to pickup groceries betwern 11-12, but when we arrived the app would not allow us to check in.We were told by one of your associates that they had made an error and that the groceries would not be ready for another hour. When they finally arrived the groceries were missing 4 items.We asked an associate to check on our missing items. While she was away we finally received an email from SAMS saying the items were out of stock. Imagine! No turkey sandwich meat! No sliced provolone cheese! Weve never received such poor treatment from Sams.

Has my membership number in it, just scan each item you put in your basket, hit pay (you choose your card & can change it in a snap if needed), and show the resulting scan code to the attendant as you leave. Poor online and pick up service! Considering canceling my membership.I have used their website to place order twice, and neither time did it go well. First time the order was shipped and one bag of snack was bloated upon arrival. Called customer service and was promised a refund, never happened.Second time was a club pick up. They didn’t give me the chicken drumstick I payed for, but still charged me the full amount. Plus on the website, it says my order has been completed. I trust them enough to not check the pick ups right at the club, so I only realized that the drumstick was missing when I got home. I tried to call the club, no one picked up. I tried to contact customer service, but they say they can’t do anything about it because it is the club’s responsibility to refund the missing item.TWICE is enough for me to pull the trigger and end my membership at Sam’s. Too bad that they can’t keep up with their online and pick up service like the other stores.
