THERE IS NO RETURN POLICY ON WHEELCHAIRS SO BE SURE YOU CAN PHYSICALLY USE ONE BEFORE BUYING. The guy was nice but probably shouldve let me actually push it more than 2 feet. Now I have a $200 wheelchair I cant move or use at all which are apparently difficult to sell, even new. Not completely their fault but at no point was I told that all wheelchair sales were final which should 100% be readily available information. Hope they at least donate a portion to charity.

Fast , courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. I had done some research online, but all of my other questions were answered. We bought a Go Go travel scooter and drove it off the showroom floor.

My experience with Heal Well Medical has been excellent! I have made many purchases on behalf of the elderly people in my family and if they dont have what I am looking for in the store, they get the item(s) in 24 hours and sometimes the same day. The staff is very helpful and professional and always willing to find what you need. I highly recommend this location!

Great Customer service.they will fit you for your needs. Only thing is they are a little pricey. I didnt shop around and paid anout 3 times as I would elsewhere for a ankle brace. But again the employees are great
