My wife and I visited the Subaru of Clear Lake dealership a week ago to test drive an Outback after having researched the vehicle in Consumer Reports and on the internet. We were introduced to Noel Daniel who facilitated the test drive and discussed our purchasing one. Noel proved to be extremely knowledgeable about all the features of the car, was very friendly and accommodating concerning our numerous questions, and was extremely helpful in conducting a very low-stress negotiation to arrive at a mutually acceptable and fair price. The entire visit required only about two and one-half hours, much less than the six-hour marathon required to negotiate the purchase of a Toyota vehicle six years ago at another dealership. I very highly recommend Noel to anyone interested in one of the Subaru line of vehicles.

Subaru is always super nice. When I was originally considering buying the new Subaru Ascent, I brought my elderly Mastiff dog with me to do a “fit check” and they were so accommodating and sweet to her. In the 2 years I have owned the car, whenever I come in for regular maintenance they make sure absolutely everything is complete beyond my expectation.

They always have very friendly and courteous staff. They are on time and don’t keep you waiting first service. Very nice and clean waiting area. I wouldn’t go to any other dealer and of course I love Subaru
