Great service and they take care of there customers. I have bought 4 sets of rims now from them and they have always stood by there word. Cesar has amazing customer service I live about a hour and 40 minutes away I was look for some wheels Cesar went out of his way to send me pictures and videos of wheels stocked at store and prices and quick on answering my questions I decided on a set of wheels he had them mount and balanced ready for me when I showed up to get the wheels installed in and out within 30 minutes

!!!Must read!!! My truck is the red GMC.. let me start out by saying that they put different tires on my truck than what was in the contract. That’s the least of my worries. I got the truck back from getting tires, rims and a lift kit. They gave me the truck back as they were closing and said “ alright boss man, the truck is aligned and driveable but the guy doing the alignment put the steering wheel upside down. Come back in the morning and we’ll fix it.” I drove off, and only made it to the end of the road when I realized it’s not aligned in any way, shape or form. I went back and informed them of that needing to be corrected also. I Come back in the morning , get in the parking lot and my steering box broke off at the bolts. They said that it was my problem and they can’t touch it. Firestones first question was why wasn’t anything tightened down? My crown nuts in my control arm were finger loose!!!Anyways, after having it towed to another shop, them not wanting to work on it due to the liability, and talking to the guy that aligned it, they finally agreed to take it back and fix it. Week later, I pick it up as they were closing again.. and give them even more money.. take it home. Next morning go to work and my torsion bar comes out as I’m driving, truck falls on tires and I’m stuck in the middle of a busy road. In the middle of the street is my torsion key. It’s not a new one that they “supposedly got from the dealer”, it’s a worn, rusted key, and caused my truck to go down once again from their negligence.

Bad service leave you waiting like a fool and they are not friendly, the lady who is there is not friendly in general I do not recommend the service, the variety of merchandise is good but the service is very bad....

Terrible service, wait time is ridiculous, i recently purchased new tires (worth $215) (cheaper at discount tire $160) from their hilcroft location , I had an issue with with one of their tires after two months of purchase . Brought the tire back they offered to patch it up with a $20 labor fee after saying it had a warranty as they were patching it up they realize the tire had a bubble took them over a week to get a response from there local warehouse all to say tire had no warranty and will not get a replacement . They are ripoffs don’t go there go to discount tire get your monies worth . King Tire has Cheap tires same known brand names but knock offs .. they are a useless tire shop taking advantage of loyal or new customers money.

Sold me a used tire that had uneven wear and dry rot. Went flat the same day, and ended up forming cuts on the side wall, extreme dangerous would not replace or refund after 2 days. Stay away from places like this
