I knew I had front end damage. I wanted to see what they were going to say. The guys at first attempted to tell me I needed more things than I actually needed. I simply said I dont and no extra pressure was tried. They showed me the damage and fixed it at a reasonable price. At least it was reasonable to me. We will see over time how good the work was. So far so good. Plus I got a lifetime warranty on the parts. 4.5 stars 5 stars if the guy wouldnt have tried to say I needed more than I actually needed.

Terrible experience. They told me that my vehicle needed a whole new front end after I left my vehicle there to have it aligned. Which was Bs. Im a d.i.y. kinda guy. The night before I replaced the ball joints the the steering box enter and outer tie rod ends and adjusters. Therefore my alignment was out of whack. When they told me this I challenged her to put them vehicle on the lift and show me the parts that were bad clearly knowing that I had just changed in the night before I looked under the truck with them they sent me out of there with my truck because I stated you didnt even look under this truck to see what was actually wrong before giving me a diagnosis and attempt to charge me more money for something I didnt even need. I will never refer anyone to this place......65 dollars is what I agreed to pay only because I dont have an alignment machine at my own shop just down the street.. thats just bad business practices.

Very reasonable and knowledgeable of what they are doing as for as suspension and alignment. Fees are $20 Diagnostic and $40 Alignment. Anything else i dont know. Oh yeah they charged me only $200 no tax for all 4 Rotor Replacement.

Had a question about an alignment on my vehicle,parked in front of one of the stalls that had a vehicle up in the lift,as soon as I got out the car one of the reps asked me to move my car out of the way,I told him I just have a question,he said again you need to move your car,I just turned around and left.it took the guy less then 30 seconds to get rid of a customer and many more because I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone good luck if you thinking about doing business with them. Extremely poor customer service.

When the technician came to our car his hands were full of black grease. I asked him to wash his hands and he threw a fit. The guy had us waiting for 2 hours and did not want service our car because of that. They also want to take your car on a spin. If not they will not service your car. They fail to tell you this information. They were extremely rude and disrespectful not only to us, but to other customers as well. Several issues and no one to hold accountable or talk to. Do not patronize this place. Its a waste of time.

Dont go there tried to sell me parts i didnt need. They didnt know im a retired alignment , suspension, and brake tech and they tried to charge me 20 bucks for just putting car on lift .didnt pay be careful .scammers

I have been really impressed how easy and fast the service was, but when I took my car back I realized that the sterling was still not fixed and the car still shift towards right, I didnt received any invoice so I cant go back and ask for a redone.

They charge for things they didnt do. Now they said I have to pay again. How sad they takes peoples money, workers dont have any kind of respect. Dont waste your time coming in here.

My honest review.Ok. So... 40 dollars for the alignment. Only cash.that is already an inconvenience.Maybe worth it if they did a great job. But they didnt.I really dont like how recklessly they drive the customer cars. And they left grease marks inside my car. That is a big No no for me.That by it self bothers me very much . Now I have to clean great marks ... wish is not very easy and unnecessary if they use the proper equipment.The customer service was to informal and no very professional.I dont recommend this place . And I personally are not coming back.I hope my review helps .

I came to them with the main concern of a noise on my right passenger side wheel and front end vibration, they quoted me nearly $600 in labor and parts they said they’d be replacing 6 parts which they said we’re about $300 alone and also doing an alignment on my car. mind you this is my only day off and it seemed pricey but convenient as i needed it done ASAP. for work the next day. they had my car done in 1hr and 45mins. I paid and went home, long story short is what i paid for my work is not good, reason being is my car is still not aligned. they didn’t even have paper to print my alignment report. but just made almost $600 by me alone. anyways when the guy let me take a picture of the report i didn’t know what i was looking at but doing research my alignment is not done properly and i will not be calling them to re do i refuse to give them any more of my time or money. hope this review will help someone in the future.

Great affordable place to get your suspension needs for your car

DONT HAVE YOUR ALIGNMENT DONE HERE, THEIR WORK IS HORRIBLE. Husband took my truck here one day for an alignment after having some work done to the suspension. The next day on my way to work I notice it was off (putting hard to left). He called them and they said to take it back, so we did. Waited about an hour before they finally got to us.They put it on the machine and in less than 5 minutes it was done. It seem fine the first day but within a week it was bad again. Worst than it was before ever taking it to them. Needless to say we took it somewhere else, and had to pay again. They informed my husband that whoever did the last alignment, didnt do it right and it was horrible job.

This has to be the worst service I have ever received from this shop and a mechanic altogether!! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. They have changed management and take responsibility for nothing.1. I initially took the car to them for overheating and he told me that to replace engine would be $1800. I paid for that. They took longer than quoted timeframe and only accept cash.2. Calls and dont leave a message when car is ready for days and sitting. 3.They performed an unrequested alignment on my car the day I was supposed to pick it up. Mind you, they would tell me the car was ready and on my way there they would say oh no it should be ready tomorrow, tomorrow, etc.4. They day he calls to say car is ready, he says the alternator went out. How? It was fine in your possession and before and wasnt old part. They ended up ripping the alternators regulator plug from a BRAND NEW alternator they had me buy (almost $300) and stuffed the wired into the car which was causing the battery light to show now also.4. The battery light and brake light was on when I received my car back and wasnt there from the beginning. Due to them having my car so long, I missed my car inspection and registration and have to pay extra fees for that. I also cant even have it inspected until the brakes and battery are replaced (even though it is a working battery.)5. Even the unrequested alignment was not a good job and my car pulls more to the right now than it did when I brought it to them.6. They also wouldnt even tell me the parts and labor cost, it was just a flat $1800 rate.They took responsibility for nothing and Franko, the guy at the front who we spoke to mostly, refused to refund, get a manager, or rectify the situation.DO NOT USE THIS SHOP, THE SERVICE/MANAGEMENT ARE HORRIBLE. They act like none of them speak english, the manager is never there, etc.I will be reporting them to BBB and Attorney Generals Office to followup on the money that I lost while being serviced by them.

Great car never drove so good.

Went to them to install a drop kit and a front level for two trucks. After paying $698 dollars after tax, I noticed they left my differential not centered and took it back to them immediately. They said they couldn’t see what I was talking about and that the truck was fine. An employee then came to look at the truck and saw it was not centered right away and pointed it out. They scolded him and tried to shush him behind my back. The employee agreed with me and showed them exactly how it wasn’t centered. The “manager” then came out and told me to get away from the truck and told me, “Clients cannot be in the work area” he then continued to say that there was nothing he can do because it was an aftermarket part. He said that the differential location wasn’t going to be the same as factory. They did not even try to adjust it. Worse customer service I’ve ever received and did not do the job correctly. After paying almost $700, they refused to fix my truck the right way. You can see where there was enough space in the bracket to adjust and move over the differential like it should be, the same employee agreed, but they ignored both of us. As I was leaving, they called up the employee and visually told him off. I’ve come here for years and always had great customer service, before this new management. Used to be my go-to place, now I’ll never go back and would never recommend them to anyone.

If they had an option to give no stars I would choose it. I called for a alignment they said no problem, we can do it today. I asked if I needed to make a appointment guy says no we close at 5pm so I rush over there make it at 2pm was told by employee to park and they would be with me, waited for 20 minutes while they delt with a upset customer to be told they cant do the alignment cause they close at 4pm and wont have time. I know that car service is first come first serve but that was a complete waste of my time

Went to get my wheel Hub replaced, mind truck was aligned fine 2 weeks before came to do my wheel hub bearing, they were telling me that they couldn’t get the steering wheel to be all the way straight and they need to either lower my front end or cut my tie rods to get the caster right, I told no and as long my tires wear evenly, paid $160 waited 3 hours total, left and my steering is more crookit than when I brought it in, the steering felt more loose, I took it to king tire and wheel #3 today and they got the alignment back like it should, steering is solid and they told me the shop was adjusting something with the steering wheel l. I needed my truck to ride right since I have a long road trip, lost my trust with these guys here, I took my Camaro and the alignment wasn’t great either, thought I’d give them another shot with a lifted truck, that’s definitely not there thing.

The first time I went in, there was a lady there and one of the alignment guys said he couldn’t do the alignment on her vehicle because she needed other work and that it wouldn’t be as effective because of her needing front end work. I loved that he was honest and didn’t perform the task,it’s a very busy place and sometimes a little wait but it’s worth it, very professional and they do great alignments if only they had a bigger waiting room. I won’t go anywhere else

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I went to get an alignment done on my truck and ended up worst that is was when I came in. Spent 4+ hours there for a bad service. Came back the next day to get it corrected and customer service was the worst. Didnt even attempt to correct it. Made excuses and didnt give me a refund either. Customers vehicles are not treated professionally end up dirty woth with grease and are driven unnecessary hard!!

Got rack and pinion installed with tie rods gave me false alignment paperwork saying was in line truck pulled and binded when turning after 3 attempts to try and allow to make right took elsewhere which notified the work was way off and corrected for me last time frequent this business management experience was quite poor and unpleasant

Employee was very unprofessional eating food in my vehicle and left oil stain marks all over the my truck. Only did a toe adjustment and did not adjust the camber and caster adjustment after I told him the truck was dropped and it needed to be adjusted. Went back several days later to let them know it was not done right and they refused to fix it. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

I took my car to get my front brakes replaced back in October of 2018. Before I took my car in it never had any squeaking noise, but after they replaced my brakes my car started to squeak every single time I press on my brakes. I’m pretty sure they tampered with my car considering that they took about 3 hours just to replace the front brakes. Fast forward to today, I try contacting this place and even coming in during open hours and owner says come back another time. I’m very discouraged by this company and their owner. My advice to the public, beware!

Our took my 2006 Dodge minivan for a front end alignment after receiving a recommendation from a friend about Houston Alignment. I was very pleased with the total experience. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted and we discussed what I needed done to the minivan. After a short wait, they moved the minivan to the alignment rack and started the work. Upon completion, they took it for a short check-drive to ensure everything was okay. I could immediately tell the improvement as I drove the minivan home. Their normal price for an alignment is $35. I was very satisfied with the total experience and recommend to anyone needing a front end alignment.

Nice place but, alignment people need more experience, took my car for a front wheel alignment and they just did a toe adjustment, camber - caster was out of specifications, but they said is normal the way it was, i was like why he didnt fix it , the machine was showing a wrong angle but maybe he dont know how to do it, or he dont know how to read the specifications on the machine, thank you.

While I waited to have my car aligned I witnessed two arguments between customer and the owner. One guys truck left out of there with his tires rubbing against plastic on the bumper and the manager/owner blamed the customer for his way of driving. The manager did not offer to help his customer after messing up the truck. On my own car I came back 2 days later because it started pulling to the right and he did not honor warranty because he claimed that no work was done to the car, therefore there was nothing to warranty. Said that if I wanted another alignment I had to pay again. No sympathy or anything. He then got an attitude and said to take it down the road to another alignment shop if I wanted it aligned. I was cheated out of money for a bad alignment. Stay away!!

Not bad, when I left my car still pulled to the right but the did a good job considering how bad it was. I would still come here again. They were very very busy, they have q large waiting room with windows so you can watch what they do.

Do not trust them with any major repair if you value your life. Because of faulty repair work done by them on my car I almost lost control on the interstate and crashed. I was completely shocked by what another auto shop pointed out regarding their shady work. Basically lie about replacing much needed parts. Looking into opening a lawsuit now.

Ive been going here over three years. Ive had parts changed for very fair price. They let me bring my own parts. Im glad to see they made a huge upgrade to thier shop. They are always honest with me. When I suspect a part to be bad, theyll tell me yes or no. A lot of times they would say no and point me to the part the was wrong even if they didnt work on that specific part. Example I thought my CV axels were messed up, it was pointed out the noise was coming from my tranmission. Sure enough it was coming from the middle of my transmission and it wasnt CV axle noise.

I got a alignment here they didn’t fix the problem correctly and lied about it. Shorty after my car started squeaking loudly with every turn told them they said it wasn’t their problem even though my car didn’t start squeaking until their work.

Please dont take your vehicle there the alignment great but instead of focusing on doing my alignment they was trying to say other things was bad when I had just replace everything on my front end.When I drove there everything was great when I left the front end was very loose aaand when I hit a hole loud noise. I feel they TAMPERED WITHY CAR.
