Had an appointment set up teusday morning from 8am to 10am. Around 1030am I called and was told they were backed up and to wait. Around 1pm I called waiting again and was told it was they would speak to a supervisor and call me back. After waiting till 3pm I called again, was told they would contact the technician and call me back. After waiting I called for the 4th time and was told they do not service Angleton. They did not mention this when they set up the appointment with my home address or the 3 previous times that I had called. I had to call off work for the full shift to stay at my house waiting.Dont waste your time, find someone else.

The team showed up right on time. Knew what they doing. Very efficient and thorough. Cleaned my air duct up when the job was done. The team was very tolerant of our very friendly dogs.
