I transferred all my 8mm film and video tapes here and had the most wonderful experience. Their customer service is beyond words. The owner is really sweet, extremely knowledgeable and loves to help which made me feel very comfortable. I was surprised to see the enhancing they did with my film because it was very discolored. Very happy with the work they did for us. This project is for Christmas and they did an outstanding job getting my tapes done. Quality was excellent. They repaired my video tapes and I also had a Umatic 3/4 tape that they were able to salvage! Highly recommend! Took my tapes somewhere else and the quality was not good at all. So I ended up bringing them here and they transferred a bunch of MiniDV and Hi8 tapes for Christmas gifts and the quality came out better than I expected. I really loved their work and will be returning.

Excellent service! Bring them here! Ive recently sent my tapes to a well-known mail out service and the quality was awful as well as the speed. My wife asked me to take a couple of test tapes to a local company to see if there is a difference so I brought them here (International Video Tape Copy). I dont know what they use but the quality was a significant difference. These are memories I cannot get back so I am all about quality work. I would 100% recommend this business! I had several old family videos that I wanted to save but didnt want to mail to some online company and risk the tapes getting lost in the mail. I found this business on Google and have nothing but good things to say - the price was very reasonable, the tapes were ready before the promised date, and they were great about letting me know that one of the tapes was of bad quality and wouldnt be worth converting. They can do just about any tape being they have been here for 40 years. I worked extensively with this company and specifically with Rima (one of the owners) for several months on a video for my wifes 50th birthday party. I cannot begin to explain what a pleasure this family was to work with and what a professional job they did. It was really hard to trust our family photos and videos with anyone, let alone total strangers, but WOW was our trust earned and rewarded. The job that Rima did was absolutely amazing, terrific, beautiful and professional. She delivered on all of her promises and made a family heirloom that we will treasure for the rest of our lives. I cant tell you how many tears I shed watching this wonderful video. The quality and creativity were excellent and I left feeling like I had new members of my family. On price, if Im being honest - I feel like they didnt charge enough. I know thats completely odd for someone to say but for what they produced, they probably should have charged more. It was a great value from my perspective and my experience in working with them could NOT have been better. I never post my opinions about anything online because I am a very private person but I felt compelled to say something about how well I was treated at IVTC. This is a company that you can trust to take care of your most precious moments and know that they will deliver as promised and for a reasonable price. I had my 20 year old wedding tape converted here. I was shopping around quite a bit and kept getting disappointed that it would not present good results. I came across International Video Tape Copy, and the owner Rima was so helpful, she ensured me that it could be converted to a dvd and I entrusted my memories with her. Was charged over $200 for 2 tapes and i was ok with that price even though It was not near as to what I was quoted originally because one of the tapes was damaged and needed repair but one of the tapes had less than 20 mins of video and the women charged me for over 3 hours of blank screen. When I went back to ask why did she put in the 3 hr of blank screen and charge me for it she said because I assumed you wanted all the footage and I told her but you can see whats on the tapes during transfer and you assumed I wanted 3 hr of blank screen? She said Yes unless told otherwise... and i told her there was no way i could see what was on that tape to tell you not to put that... i assumed if any problems occurd she would have called and double check with us first. I was dumbfounded that common sense was not put into place and was charged for 3 hr of nothing just so they can make profit and the $200 charge accumulated with the help of being charged for a blank screen of 3 hours of nothingness. I ended up needed 5 more tapes done and took my business to Video tape copy inc. This time around and he did a great job for cheaper price and he edited out black screen pauses or unreviewable footage out of my DVDs so to not be charged for extra footage that I didnt need or was not viewable without being asked. My advice go elsewhere for your business.

Very excellent service. They know what they are doing i am impressed. I took a beta for my parents wedding(1983) to be converted. They did a great job! I took the tape to walmart ealier they said coundnt be done. I went to this place after a google search and they repaird the tape and converted into dvd. My dad was so excited because we almost gave up! Thank you......international vedio.....
