The manager for the service shop, Brodrick, is completely unhelpful and rude person. As a Ryder customer who needs a small service on the truck, mind you, a truck thats overdue in service and could break down any moment, they could not accommodate me after I was already scheduled. Do not come here.

Jonathan Perez has been assisting us every step of the way in this process and keeping us informed on the vehicle inventory, process, and Ryder policies.

All in all just a bad experience. The first truck we rented in St Louis MO went well. When I had an incident in Houston TX I needed to exchange trucks. It went down hill from there. First they said yes I could get another truck. Then said they couldnt rent it to me. Then after five they called and said it was ready to go. I think it had gone through the shop recently but someone missed a massive air leak. It had no paperwork. Then I had to bobtail from MI to Houston to return it. Just not happy with the way we were treated from those at Houston.

No run around at this location. If you need your truck fixed they do it.. i dont know whats going on in Fayetteville NC or Charlotte..but too much run around. You dont get that here. Very nice guys here.

I had to leave from that place. Its terrible. Noone cares I took my truck for coolant and power steering fluid and waited 3 hours noone touched it so I got in my truck and left😖

Yall need to get new employees that get the job done right. Ive already miss 2 job. Monday may 26 2020. They were not available we wait for a 1hr never show up even after. Even after I made a appointment. Disgusting the way yall work. Keep continue yall gonna lose customers.

I have to rent trucks from this location occasionally. Always fast and dependable service and the trucks are well maintained.

Worst customer service. I will never use them or recommend them to anyone.

The shop just cant seem to get their stuff together. Dropped off truck last Tuesday at 9:00 AM. Was told that the truck would be ready by 1:00PM. I called the shop at 3:00 to get status, and was told that they just needed to replace the mud flap and send through the wash bay. I went in at 4:00PM to pick up truck, but it was not ready until 4:45PM still not washed. Today I brought in pickup to get a diagnosis for check engine light, and AC stopped working. Was told that it would be 15 minutes for diagnosis. An hour later I checked in, and was told that they dont even have the diagnosis computer.

My company rents here frequently. Excellent service and the rental department is always helpful.

Francis is a great CSR. There is always an issue with online reservations.

Dont ever rent cng trucks from their shop. They are always breaking down and hurting our fleets pay. Turn in the same truck multiple times for the same issues. Engine misfires and stop engine lights. I suspect they just clear the codes without fixing the issues
