The ability to turn sadness into relief…do they have a superpower for that? OM and crew jumped in to save they day with our failing oak tree. So many years of sun relief and our monster was putting our home in jeopardy. This awesome professional group showed up worked together to successfully bring down this beast that was 5 foot 10 inches in diameter at its base in less a day. All without damage to our house (it was literally growing into the foundation). I manage a large group of people and respect what it takes to get a team to think alike. They were a well oiled machine. It was clear they had happy team members with skill and great leadership. I appreciated the respect they showed while here and the effort they put into this job. I will miss this tree and can’t thank them enough for the job well done. Fair price fast service and we highly recommend this team.

I have used this company before to remove a tree on my fence line (In January 2021). I called this company back because of that experience to trim a tree in my front yard. We did have a few issues getting the appointment scheduled with the representative who gave the quote however I eventually contacted Kelly to get everything scheduled. She was very nice and apologized for the mishap. She scheduled the appointment and they arrived on time on the scheduled day. They were very friendly, professional and said they would take care of it. The tree looks amazing. It is in the front yard and we can now see clearly to the street. I will definitely recommend them. I was originally disappointed with the scheduling issue but I wanted to give them an opportunity to make things right because I have worked with them before. I will continue to recommend them for tree services. They do good work and they clean after they are done.

Such a great experience from the first phone call to the execution of the project. Extremely professional group came to the house to extract a large pine tree by the pool and within an hour they had cut it down and cleaned it up. Another group came by the same day to grind down the stump for us - happened quickly and exactly how we wanted. Big thank you to the OM team!

I had half a dozen small freeze-killed or just trash trees that needed removal, plus a tricky big Red Oak branch that had sagged down into my back fence. Chris with OM Houston Tree Service came out and examined my messy job. He quoted a reasonable (not cheap, not high) price that he backed up with a written quote and proof of insurance. That afternoon five uniformed guys with a big truck and grinder showed up and took care of the job in a little over an hour. They cleaned up all the debris and that was that! Fast and professional. I would definitely use these OM Tree Service again.

Got a quote the same day I called and was scheduled for work to be done the next weekend. Guys showed up early and communicated with me about every step of the job. Excellent service. Marty was clear and honest in his communication about expectations for the trees we needed removed from our yard and the prices were fair. The workers were efficient and professional. I was a bit concerned at one point because one of the guys was dropping limbs on a wire that runs from a utility pole to my roof, but they didn’t do any damage to it. They were nice enough to come back a few days later to grind down some roots that I failed to point out because they were a bit hidden in the grass, and they didn’t charge any extra for that request. I recommend these guys!

Im so very pleased that I hired OM Tree Service. I needed a large Tallow tree removed from a tight spot in my backyard. Additionally my complex is quite compact so that added extra obstacles to hauling off debris and large tree parts. The OM team met me on time for the initial walk through/estimate and arrived on time the day of service. Ive worked with several services that dont always value the customers time but OM delivered. The team was professional and dealt with my high maintenance requests - as the tree was in a corner against 2 neighbors fences, they had to proceed with caution to ensure everyone was not impacted. Additionally my air conditioning units and my neighbors units had to be protected from debris. The OM team was mindful of this as we had to coordinate covering the units prior to any work. After the tree was removed, they ensured the debris was swept up/hauled away in my yard and my neighbors yard. The lead was also extremely responsive when I had questions and concerns throughout the project. I highly recommend OM Tree Service for your tree service needs.

My company Wired Electrical Services used OM Tree Service to trim back about seven large trees and remove a huge pecan tree and grind the stump the owner was nothing but complete professional and very easy to talk to. The company went over and above what I expected and will certainly recommend them to others. You can definitely see a difference when a company cares about the work that they do. I am extremely happy with the service OM Tree Service provided to remove a big oak tree from my yard. Their customer service is excellent and their price is pretty decent. Marty (I believe he is the owner of the company) does what he says. It was late in the evening when they removed my tree. And when we checked the next morning, we found a good size of the stump still there covered in mulch and dirt and we called Marty to address the issue. He said they would take care of it immediately and in less than two hours he came himself with his monster grinder and took care of the problem. He went above and beyond and relocated some of the mulch and leveled the ground. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

I collected 4 bids to take down a ~30ft black willow tree in the back yard. OM came out with a bid even to the lowest of the other three. I chose them because I liked the guy they sent to bid, he offered me proof of insurance before Id asked, and he asked me lots of questions about my preferences. They came out the same week with a large crew. It was super interesting watching them work. These guys were clearly experienced professionals with all the tools and safety gear to quickly and safely take down my tree and clean up after.Removing a tree of that size isnt cheap, but after seeing the skill of these guys, Im confident I got a fair deal. 100% recommend.

I needed an ash tree trimmed in my backyard. The day after I called Omar came out to give me an estimate. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to schedule the service the same week. Omar came out with the crew to oversee that everything was done correctly. Everything was completed within 3 days! This is the most professional tree service I have ever done business with. Marty came out and gave me a fair estimate for removing a water oak in my backyard. I got a few other estimates and sure some were cheaper but Marty just seem to be very knowledgeable about trees and explained to me what to expect.
