I have a family member that rents a storage you unit at this property. His unit was broken into and completely trashed out. Someone broke off both locks then replaced the lock with a new one we cant get off. We were never notified so its unclear how long the unit was exposed.The property has removed the security gate although you still need to a keycard to access the elevator. The entire situation if very suspicious. Planning on getting the hell out of their this month.

Would give zero stars to this location if possible.I reserved a truck. They offer a $50 Reservation Guarantee, where if they dont have your truck on the day of the move they will give you $50 and get you a truck from a different location.They call the day of the move saying they dont have any trucks available. I have to go to another location, costing me more money in mileage fees to drive from a farther location.The Voss/Westheimer location then deletes my order from their own database, so they dont have to pay the $50 Reservation Guarantee. I went there face to face and showed them my email order confirmation, and the order details from their location, and they outright said It says you got your truck from a different location. Its not in our own system, so we are refusing to pay this.

Great service. Fast and no hassle. Their system was down the other day and they still let us rent the truck, which meant a lot. They had to write all our info by hand, so we really appreciated the commitment to service.

I have purchased packing materials and rented vehicles from this location several times during my over seven years of living in Houston. The staff who work there have - although very busy - been friendly, professional, courteous and informative. I have used other companies in Houston as well and while they were good, the staff at this location are outstanding. I am preparing for another move and this will be my go to location for materials and equipment.

There was a problem with the uhaul early pick up. They made several attempts to reach me to let me know in advance. I really appreciate that. When I got there, the staff was very polite and helpful. The vehicle was in top shape. Very good experience.

I bought moving boxes here. They have a wide variety in stock at good prices. Services is good too. Parking is tight.

They couldnt be sweeter or more helpful and thoughtful. Every time I encounter any of the staff, I am impressed and touched at their efficiency and thoughtfulness.

These ladies are the best!!! We have used their facility twice now and could not be happier with the units but more than that the customer service. They go above and beyond to help their customers. I would most definitely recommend this location.

I called to see if we could drop our rental truck to them because we were unable to take it back to Beaumont. He told me that he could not accept it. I asked if they only do storage or if they also rent trucks. He told me they also rent trucks. I asked why we wouldnt be able to return the truck to them and accept the fee. He said he just couldnt. I handed the phone over to my husband because I was getting frustrated and didnt want to cuss him out. He told my husband that they only do storage. LAIR!!!!!!! Laziness is the issue.

Shopped here only for packaging supplies, and they had everything I needed. They lady in the picture was nice enough to walk me to their supply room and even help me carry the stuff that i needed to my car! Definitely will go back should i need more supplies.

The guy attitude was off plus he was on a personal call while helping out. Felt unwanted . Happened Saturday evening .

Made a reservation days in advance and then the afternoon before my reservation I got an email from uhaul stating that they moved my reservation to a different location, further from me, and changed the pickup time from 7am to 2pm. Horrible way to do business.We had to call another company and luckily they had a truck for our move!

Very rude, changed our date to pick up truck. Didnt bother to call us and tell us they didnt have the truck we wanted. First they said yes its reserved and charged us for it then when we go over there and they say its not available .

Very unfriendly, unhelpful, low energy and rude lady on phone and front desk. We have been U-haul customers for everything from cross country moves to moving our daughter to college and in/out of apartments. Will not use this location and will call Penske. Just a reminder, you may not go broke losing my business, but the public has a choice, especially in a city the size of Houston. Next....

Bad treatment every time I go, and they will not help as you want. I reserved I truck online and when I go they dont have it, I had to go to another location to get another one.

Its okay, they just need to update or upgrade their system, too slow process and they dont take all types of cards. I had a hard time paying for the service because their system didnt recognize my debit card, which is from bank-checking , and was blocking it as a prepay card.Well, I ended up paying extra $100 deposit as cash because of that , got refunded $56.09 only, and I live just 1.5 miles away from their location. Well at the end it took me one hr for something that should have been no more than 15 minutes since I reserved online 5 days before.
