I rented here several times. They have always been very good and had what I needed.

Excellent customer service. Ben and his crew were outstanding and the equipment in great shape. Everything was taken care of in an expedient, friendly, and professional manner. We have used this particular U-Haul several times in the past 4 years to move ourselves and family and we have never been disappointed. Outstanding rating for this location.

Came here 2 days ago and 2 nice gentlemen helped me get my propane gas down and filled it up for me. Today I get here and the guy says hes not getting it down for me. I explained to him I have back issues. He said he wasnt doing it.

They botched the trailer hitch installation on my Santa Fe Sport. The wiring kit was installed poorly and left my rear passenger side blinker not working. It took me 3 weeks to get them to schedule me in to get fixed since only one person knows how to do the wiring. When I finally brought it in, they honored the warranty, but the gentleman who was set to fix it had no clue what to do. I ended up sitting in the garage with him fixing the wiring myself. They had originally left a wire unterminated. The employee was very nice and polite, but it was obvious that nobody in the store was properly trained or has any business installing hitches.Update: My car was experiencing battery issues. It turns out during the initial hitch installation, in order to connect the hitch wiring, they removed and discarded the special nut required for the battery connector and replaced it with a normal hex nut. This caused the battery terminal connector to wear out over the last nine months. Its a $700 fix at the dealership to replace the whole assembly. Awesome U-Haul.

They told me they fill propane bottles when I called. I even asked if they fill propane bottles for fork lifts and they said they do. I even asked what time they stop filling and they told me 5pm Sunday. I got there at 4:47 and they told me they were closed. The gate to the propane filling station was still open and unlocked. I asked for a manager and she said they were closed.

The manager was advised upon my return that the missing rubber door strip cut my arm he did nothing, I will upload these to corporate upon there request. I bought one box and I paid for more gas then I needed. Yet this guy upon my return did not return all my money back to cheekiness the way he said he would. He left about $6.80 on the card yet it was clean and gas was there what is with this Rodriguez guys problem? othere then being short handed and being a bit nasty.

Poor customer service. The guy that greeted us didnt even take the time to look into the system to see if any other uhaul location had a truck available.

I call and get a quote for 19.95 a day for a trailer and when I get there they tell me that the people that answer the phone, the Uhaul employees, dont know what they are doing and quoted me a different price. So the price i get when i arrive is 29.95. Of course I have to pay because I need the trailer. Also make sure you have a light adapter or you have to buy one. Go in person for a quote and get it in writing.

Bad customer service!!!

This place cheated my mom and she was a very faithful customer. It is now run by a bunch of kids always on their phones instead of adults who are professional. They lied to her and she believed them and then they overcharged her. And did I mention the three separate phone calls saying that they were going to call in the vehicle as stolen unless she called them right back when she kept it an extra day like she told them she probably would. She told them each time and they still didnt even have their act together enough to check with one another. No, they called three times throughout the day with the same message. And she told them each time that she was bringing it back later that day. Immature and unprofessional. Mom has never had problems in the past only recently when the adults disappeared.

Employee Benjamin Rodriguez is a crooked lier you need to take photos on your own of truck before and after. Said employee found a scratch which was rusted . We had truck for one hour .... common sense tells you rust dont form in less than an hour ... Ill use Ryder from now on ...

Called to ask for information, and they hung up on me. I could hear conversations between coworkers.

Consider a moving company that has a working truck. They did reimburse me for half of the truck rental after it broke down 3 times, but refused to reimburse for anything else including the prepaid movers (through uhaul) that went unused. I was charged an extra day (truck was unable to be returned due to break down), and I had to call and complain for 3 days to be reimbursed for that day. If you have an option, spend a little more up front to save the headache.

Terrible service and awful communication. Set up an appointment to get a trailer light adapter installed on my car, and 3 hours before the appointment they called and told me that the manager (who apparently is the only one who can do that job) wasn’t in that day and had to cancel. I rescheduled for the next afternoon, and they confirmed the appointment. However, a few minutes later they called back and said that they had to cancel AGAIN because that location doesn’t even do that job in the first place... Horrible experience, avoid if possible.

They told me the manager would be back from lunch in 20 min and took over an hour which they didnt even let me know, they where supposed to install my wiring for my hitch and after the 3rd time going they would reschedule me for another time because according to them they where to busy when there was absolutely no one in the store or in the shop but me and them on their phones not talking work. after reading these reviews im glad im going somewhere else where employees want to help customers.

I rented a truck and they made me deliver it someplace else furtherSpend more miles and I was charged for leaving it someplace else.

The guy wouldnt fill my propane bottle because it was sprinkling outside! I asked him if he needed a tampon and told him to check his purse for an umbrella..

They dont want to rent me a trailer 5X8 but in different location I rent the same trailer nobody explained the reason why not just now I have the trailer in my car in other location they help me about thayt

Supposedly opens at 7am, it was 8am and no one was there.
