Ordered my hitch for install waited 5 weeks for it to come in. Had a reservation and when I get there the hitch was not ordered. I recommend never having a hitch install here. They did not even apologize. Managers name is Stephen Davis. He did not give me a call to explain what happened. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!! BEWARE

I love this U-Haul. They made the rental very convenient. Unlike the last one I visited, someone was there to help me immediately. I got the rental and storage. They give you a lock with your storage, unlike some of the others that charge you. I also love the alarm system and the automatic doors leading into the storage spaces. Also unlike the other U-Haul locations they have dollies and carts that you can use. This really cut down our moving time.

So far, 40+minutes of waiting around for the young lady to slowly verify a reservation I put in online, then try to make sure they change the information on the condition of the van matches the actual vehicle. Mystery manager in the back is helping but speed isnt whats happening. Be certain to check the mileage (!!) and exterior/interior condition BEFORE you move it off the lot!

If I could give 0 stars I would PLEASE BEWARE THAT THIS LOCATION STEALS MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS. THEY SUGGEST YOU PAY CASH FOR YOUR TRUCK BUT WHEN YOU COME BACK TO DROP OFF THE TRUCK THERE WILL BE NO RECORD OF YOUR PURCHASE AND THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY AND THE TRUCK ALL THE EMPLOYEES WERE IN ON THE STEALING ITS A TOTAL SCAM DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE

This place is stealing money. They took our money. Stole it. Did not put us in the system and gave us keys to a truck. Came back to return the truck and get the remainder of the money and they tell us we cant give you any money theres is no record of you checking out a truck. This is a mess U-Haul should pay better attention to who they let run this location these guys are liars and not very competent.

My reservation was 9am and I got there on time. They were late to open at 9:15. Then it took them 1 hour to take care of 4 people in front of me. I had checked in online. Obviously this didnt help any. Manager said he couldt do anything. Experience here is terrible. I wish i could give them a zero.

My 10ft U-haul caught a flat at about 11:30am it’s now 4:14pm and no one has shown up to help me because of the contract I’m responsible for the vehicle so I can’t leave despite the fact it doesn’t appear that anyone from their roadside assistance team has any plans on coming to help me anytime soon

Good truck rental moving co.

I been running my business from one of their office storage in the facility, staff are friendly, and happy to see new managment was able to make changes to make the facility better.

Great customer services, clean equipment. We had an issue with the app after hours trying to process the return so I called the number on the door, the store manager says, no problem. Leave the keys in the he return box and take a pic of the dashboard and he will call me the next morning. Called promptly at 8 to resolve the account. I truly appreciate the level of service provided, Thank you!!

Had to take care of personal business

Had a ubox delivered. When the box arrived they informed us it would be available the following morning. However, the following day and the day after we were unable to get access to the box and they would not return any of the calls. Bad customer service.

I rented a 10ft truck to move brand new furniture to my new place. Once the furniture was unloaded from the truck, we discovered black paint on every piece of furniture that touch the floor of the truck. Apparently the truck was freshly painted and not fully dry when rented to me. I was not helped, instead I was told by the manager Steven that nothing could be done, and all that can be filed is “customer complaint”. Over 2k worth of brand new furniture ruined due to negligence by the business! If the truck had been damaged while in my possession, I would’ve been responsible but there is no consequence for my belongings being damaged. Everyone was rude about it as if it was not their concern. I was left on hold numerous times, not helped in any way. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!

Worst customer service and were really rude. I reserved a truck rental for this location but then they reserved for another lcoation which is like 25.5 miles away and they were going to charge us those miles. I say this is the worst uhaul i have gone to.

Excellent place to rent a truck and all you need

Associate was well trained and did a better job hooking up the trailer than the storage place that had a Uhaul trailer with problems.

I rented a van from here Friday and returned it Saturday. I was impressed with the guy who runs this place, first of all he is a super cool guy and very kind, even in the midst of dealing with some crazy peeps! Keep up the good work and thank for phenomenal customer service!

The rental was for my wife, but all went every well from the call to drop off.

My husband left his credit card at this u-haul location last week, we stopped by earlier today to get it back. When we spoke to the guy at the store (who claimed to be the general manager) to try getting the credit card back, he rudely said no without even checking. Don’t think this kind of customer service should be tolerated. Even if you really don’t have it, I don’t see why you wouldn’t even bother to check when we were the only ones in store at that time.

One of the managers, shes never really there her name is Julia was very helpful but also complained about customers personal issues to us. So unprofessional. I remember her being rude to a customer our last visit.
