I was hit by another driver on Shepherd and when we exchanged information, I thought I could drive the car... I made it 50 feet and knew something was wrong and the car was undrivable. My mom sent me this number and Im really happy I called. He was so funny and nice and really helped me feel better after my accident. I thought it was a good price for a tow across town too- $175.

I am in shock as I write this. Call and ask for Nazir. I had literally the most honest and pleasant experience with him when he came to charge my battery for my 16 accord. At first I told him I needed a tow and when he took a closer look he suggested the cheaper option of doing a heavy duty charge. Well it worked!! I’m now home safely and he was incredibly professional throughout the entire interaction. He charged me $65 but I willingly paid him $75 hoping to keep the experience the same for others who have the pleasure of being serviced by him. Honest tow truck drivers are things you just don’t see anymore and Nazir is one of the last ones!! Give him a call!!

Lonnie gave EXCELLENT customer service! He was very patient, knowledgeable, and kind (just a little difficult to understand at times). Both of the ball joints on my right tire went out so it was very difficult to get my SUV on the tow truck. However, Lonnie put a rolling jack under my car and every time he pulled the SUV up a little bit he would stop and pull the broken tire up. It was a little complicated but Lonnie figured it out. Also, within 15 or 20 minutes of calling Lonnie arrived at my location. My mechanic shop was only a couple blocks away but considering all the work that went into getting my SUV on the tow truck, I consider the $75 well worth it.

So I needed roadside assistance and my insurance company assigned me the company echo and after three hours of waiting They assigned me metro. What a huge difference in the two companies within 20 after the assigned this company to me they came I was so happy. I will scream at the rooftops for this company. They are amazing

My tire blew on 45 and my insurance originally called Echo Towing. After waiting two hours and no one showing up, my insurance cancelled the service request and called Metro Roadside. Muhammad showed up within 15 minutes and got me back on the road. Very friendly and great service, will definitely call again if I need help.

Guy on the phone told me $75 for a tow for a few miles it ended up being 7 miles the tow guy charged me $120 yah I got hustled.

Throw all your other tow truck driver business cards in the trash, these guys saved me. Answered the phone right away, got to me in 15 minutes and delivered my car to the tire shop without me having to ride so I could go to work. Even sent a photo confirmation that they successfully delivered the car! We just moved to Houston and I feel safe knowing that Metro is out there when I need them. Wish I could leave 10 stars.

I Had them tow an old Porsche 993 across town yesterday, and they did just a wonderful job. They showed up on time and were just a joy to deal with. Simply put they couldnt have done it better.

Our vehicle got trapped in mud during Hurricane Harvey. We werent sure anyone could help during the hurricane as every neighborhood started flooding and essentially became islands. We called knowing it was a longshot if anyone could help. Surprisingly, Mohamed was in the neighborhood and arrived within 15minutes in the middle of a downpour to help! He was kind, optimistic, and funny as he was able to get our van, (our only vehicle available during the storm) out. He saved our vehicle from a mud bog and we are ever so thankful he came. We saved his card and will call again if we ever breakdown or need a tow. Thank you, for helping us during Hurricane Harvey!
