Im not sure what kind of racket this place is running. I parked in an empty lot at 10pm and my car was towed 20 minutes later. After I looked, there was an extremely small sign hidden by trees. After trying for 3 hours to get my car back, I got on the phone with someone who was highly unprofessional and rude. I ended up having to pay $240 to get my car back by finally getting in touch with the storage lot. Clearly a predatory operation with zero morals or professionalism.

Exceptionally rude. Our car was towed despite being customers at the location. When I called to find our car the man was so mean and hung up on me. Made a bad day even worse. Predatory company. Predatory practices. Sorry for anyone who is unfortunate enough to wind up having to interact with them.

Rude, aggressive, and a little stinky. They also participate in illegal towing practices and will threaten you if you try to interfere with this illegal activity.

Predatory towing company. They towed my car from a parking lot this afternoon. Their towing signs are inconspicuously placed at their towing locations. You have to literally look for them to realize your car was stolen instead of towed. I called to locate my vehicle. The dispatcher was already on the defense and started arguing when I was having a hard time understanding where he was telling me my vehicle was located. I kept telling him I was not trying to argue and I was just confused. Then I mentioned they need to post more visible signage at the entrance of the lot on 10th and Shepherd. He berated me and said “yea we were thinking of painting a sign on the driveway so you can see it when you step on it”. Completely unprofessional. The only way you will see this sign upon turning right onto 10th street is if you drive PAST the entrance of the parking lot. Nothing is on a pole (as what most drivers would commonly notice) or in plain sight. The second sign is on the other far end side of the building. If you park in the first few spaces or back in to park, you will NOT see this sign. I parked at 2:15pm and they towed my car and had it at a tow lot that’s fastest route from the initial location is 16 min away by 3:30pm. Less than an hour. I drove back to the location to get some information and noticed they have just been towing people all day. No one can see the signs. Sounds like predatory towing to me. I called back to get the name of the first representative but someone else answered. I tried to ask him about a scratch I found on my vehicle that was not there before the tow. He instantly got defensive as well “ma’am I’m not trying to argue you need to call back on Monday” he also claimed he did not know the name of the previous man I spoke with. Over a simple question. These dispatchers have ZERO customer service skills. How embarrassing for this business. I’ll definitely be escalating this matter.

They were honest, gave an accurate time of arrival, and were very quick about taking care of my towing needs. Thank y’all !

On 12/15/2020 this company towed my 2009 Kia Sportage illegally to Area 5 vehicle storage per Pepboys, while it was pending repairs with the Kia dealer recall and Geico approved repairs. I reported the tow as theft as it was illegally stolen and towed without me even knowing.

I was parked at Sherwin Williams as my husband was taking a work related UA across the street, and then we were going to purchase paint after he was done. We were not even parked there for 45 minutes when I came out to have a cigarette and caught the Tow Truck driver pulling out with my car. I explained to the driver that I was planning on going into the store when my husband was down, and he informed me that I was not in the store. I asked him how much it was gonna cost me to have him leave my vehicle, and he said $75. That all good and dandy, but when I explained that I only had $20s and asked if he had change, he told me no.Do you honestly expect me to believe he didnt have $5 for change? When I questioned the employees at Sherwin Williams, they informed me that the trucking company regularly did drive thrus on their lot and towed any vehicles that didnt belong to customers in the store.Thank you for making a hard month even worse! Thank you for showing me that Houston companies really are shittier than those in Chicago, where I come from. I hope you realize that you have not only behaved in a highly unprofessional manner, but also treated a Veteran with such disrespect! The Veteran I speak of is my fiancé, whom called to inquire as to what happened and was verbally abused with profanity and degradation.

Cody towed my vehicle illegally this morning, after falsely telling me I had to pay him cash in order to avoid being towed. I will be pursuing legal action. He is a total crook
