Owner was nice. I called asking about repairing my 75in tv. Rather than use that as an opportunity to assess the situation and make money, he was upfront and advised me to get a new one and not do a repair. Clearly lost out on a job opportunity, but was truthful and honest from the beginning. So I know if anything other than my screen does ever break again- Im going to him.

I called to book an appointment and was told I would have to take the television off the wall mount before they could work on it...I told them I wasnt interested in working with a lazy repairman.

Have a projection screen. Told nobody worked on them. Paid 3,500 for T.v wanted it fixed. Would have cost big bucks to R&R the way Im set up,ent.center, surround, install, plus t.v Gpn repair had the part, within 4hrs. Was out at my house fixed t.v. Great courteous service, beautiful picture! Hopefully last many years to come. Thankyou, parts, service call, labor, 275$
