MY BUSINESS IS BLOKED FOR PICK UP. ITS A BUSINESS! AND THEN PUT ME ON HOLD 20 MIN TO SUPERVISOR WHO NEVER CAME ON.

Lazy. If you call them they take hours to come and get you.

Witnessed 3 different times...wreckless driving, cutting people off...while driving to the IAH & Hobby Airports!!

Taxi fiesta is worthless. If you call them then yellow cab will come....i dont call them i would use a uber

Driver of cab 1264 stopped in front of the front doors of my business and let a woman puke out front. Unreal.

Noone showed up and they canceled my pickup because they couldnt get anyone out to me and I missed my trip.

If I could give it 0 stars I would! I called since 9am trying to reserve a taxi for 4pm and they are going to tell me they couldn’t get a taxi in my area after 7 long hours of calling and reserving a taxi! This taxi company is a damn joke! I’m never calling them ever again!

I requested a Taxi to pay with debit card and the guy showed up without one and than started the fare and began to take me in my direction. He than pulled off course and talks to another Taxi Driver and they then decide to tell me its $55 for my trip and I have to pay before I go or they wont take me. Its was 34 degrees and he caused me to have to walk home. Rudest people ever!

They take for ever to pick u up if i would have walked would have been faster......rude lady on phone. They dont like to work so early. Called at 6:06 was 6:49 i called back and the machine said sorry still tryin to find u a car hopefully not to much longer........

We had an african american driver, he was very aggressive, cursing at other drivers, driving violently, he harassed me to leave a larger tip, and said that he saw me before and knows where i live after he dropped me off, and that he has picked me off before. He is a dangerous person, should not be driving a taxi with people in it. I will be filing a police report.

Broken down Fiesta Taxi on a neighborhood street at 6:30 am two days ago got towed after all of his transmission fluid leaked out and pooled up against the curb. I tried to wave the towing vehicle and the cab down to ask about the clean up. They waved and did not stop. I called customer service with Fiesta Taxi and they said they would have someone with their safety department call me back. Needless to say i have received no call and the transmission fluid is still pooled against the curb in a neighborhood full of kids, pets, etc. I will have to clean it up. The person I spoke to did not have any record of the cab making a pick up in the neighborhood at that time of day.I would not use these irresponsible people if they were the only transportation available. I would not give them even one star based on this experience if I didnt have to to make the post.

If i can I wont give them even a star, rude call attendant, waited half an hour and nobodys showed up. I wish ppl bycott their services and Ill never ever call them even Ill die

Very poor quality, it is an irresponsible company for everything I had a trip to Los Angeles from here from Houston and I lost it because of them who arrived two hours late after many calls I made and they were punctual I had asked for it since one day Before, to pay cash for their bad service, I couldnt be at the bus station that would take me to California.

Call to pick up my son from school half an hour before, and he never arrived, they didnt even bother to call or answer to say they were not available!If you are going to dedicate yourself to this, be responsible and honest! We ask for transportation by necessity and emergency, unconscious!
