JM Unlimited Tax Service is were it is going on. Jackie is so professional and is on top of her game. She helped me with my taxes and it was such a pleasant experience. I would recommend her to anyone. There are haters on here trying to discredited such a fine person its ridiculous. She is one of a kind . She helped myself as well as my business so much. I love Jackie and please use her service.

I wish there was an option for no stars! PLEASE read the reviews and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We were told that we qualified for Energy Star deductions because of our home we built. They filed our 2017 taxes with the deductions. We received a letter from the IRS that we were being audited. We went to our builder and got all the paperwork to back up the deduction. J&M supposedly look it over and said we would be fine. Got our response letter from the IRS yesterday and we have to pay them 12,900. The reason we used this company was because of a recommendation from a friend. I wish I wouldve done my research before we used this company. It was a very costly mistake. I just dont understand how she can continue doing business without any consequence for her mistakes. If you read the reviews, she has a history of this. By the way, one of the five star reviews is from the owner!

Don’t go here unless you are prepared to have your taxes audited and pay the IRS $26,000 because they fraudulently added things to your taxes that you did not claim! They take advantage of the fact that you don’t know how to do your taxes and claim to be good Christians. They lie, steal and you’re left owing thousands of dollars.

Horrible at keeping contact and claimed to file state taxes but over a month later I find out they didnt. Then they took an extra $200 from my federal refund than they said. I wish they would fix it but if you just keep getting told they will call you back and then they dont its a frustrating experience. Taxes arent something you can just blow off

Please beware. We decided to go here out of a good recommendation that they could get me a return because we never did. I thought they did a good job because I wrote all my information correctly. JACKIE LIED! She went ahead and submitted information incorrectly and now here i am getting audited. All so we could get a refund that now will need to be paid back with penalties and interest. Loss of work to deal with the IRS. When asking about us being audited trying to get information all her assistant said was tough luck. Please beware.

I should of just used turbo tax. I recently moved out of state and decided to continue using their services and was told that it was a quick process that can be done over email. However that was not the case. It took 2 weeks and 6 unreturned messages later to get them to file my refund and they took more out in fees than they told me they would. Beware of hidden fees. They lack in customer service. For 800 in fees and absolutely no help what-so-ever I feel robbed. Next year I will find a new cpa.

ABAOLUTE WORST PLACE TO FILE. I will never use or recommend this terrible place to anybody. They have completely screwed me. I went in to file a month ago, had not received anything, I called and they said someone would get back to me, 2 weeks later I still got nothing. I have been in contact with them mulitple times since and have just gotten the runaround every single time. They put in my personal information WRONG which affected my return, and are now telling me that the fee I was told they were going take for filing is actually about $200 more then I was told. AND that the amount I have ON MY PAPAERWORK is not what Im going to get back. If I try and look on irs.gov, its telling me there is no information on my return, but this place is telling me that, everything on their end is fine, and its my problem and I have to call the IRS myself. NEVER AGAIN will I make the horrible mistake of going here. And to anybody thinking of going here, save yourself and your money and DONT GO!

Made an appointment for 5:00pm still sitting here at 8:00 and dont look like ill be seeing anyone in the near future either horrible place

HORRIBLE! I dont know how this company is still in service. There customer service is by far the worst Ive ever experienced. They say one thing and never full fill there promise. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE EVER! I believe this whole company should be under SCRUTINY!

Very unprofessional. They dont return calls or keep appointments. Once they get your money customer service is out th window. I wouldnt even give them one star.

This is not open 24 hours as said on google maps. Not even open till 9pm like it says on the message recording!!!

They screwed up my taxes and now I’m being charged by the IRS! I’ve tried to get in contact with them several times and all they say is that I’ll get a call back. They never call back!!! This is unacceptable

Did my taxes in 2017 . took almost 700 dollar to do it and got audited cause they put wrong thing in place for them too charge you more and get audited.cause they get paid and end up owed. And nothing you can do cause irs.make you pay not them. That suck... Find a new CPA .

Sent my info, no response and i have been 8 yr customer, i hand sent several other emails asking and begging for some type of response and have received nothing, 3 phone calls a week and nothing, they charge it outrageous to not give a dam about your customers, you need to run your business more efficiently kiddo!

If you want to get audited, GO HERE, THEY LIE ABOUT WHAT THEY DO , THEY SUCK, THEY ADD STUFF SO YOU GET BACK MORE MONEY KNOWING YOU WILL GET AUDITED, MY FAULT FOR NOT LOOKING AT MY TAX RETURN BEFORE I SIGNED IT. THANKS FOR TAKING MY MONEY .
