Jess is AMAZING! My tattoos are in really sensitive areas but she makes the process way more comfortable and it goes by really fast. She’s super knowledgeable and very professional so I know I’m in good hands when I see her. I purposely book with her each time because she is the BEST! Give her whatever she needs to never leave, I seriously don’t know if I could do it without her!

The machine they use is so much less painful and damaging than my previous location in Los Angeles. No blistering with Removery and faster healing. I have a full sleeve but Jessica is so fast and they apply freezing cold ice packs so it’s way less painful.

I am removing 6 tattoos and out of those 6, two are completely gone before my package is up! I love my talks with Jess and she makes my experience a very positive one! It’s crazy to see the removal process actually working and even though it is a lengthy process, it is worth it!

So this was my fourth session of tattoo removal. I am getting two tats removed, lower back and ribs. I am, of course, always nervous because not going to lie it doesn’t exactly feel the best. However, today I made sure to take two Advil and put on Aspercreme about 45 minutes before my session and the tech, Jess, held an ice pack on before starting. I can honestly say this was one of the least painful sessions I’ve had! Jess was also super quick and thorough. She did a fantastic job and I’m so so thankful! She was super nice and knowledgeable too! Getting tattoo removal will never be on my list of exciting things to do but it has to be done and I couldn’t ask for a better place or staff. Everyone is nice and makes you feel comfortable. The place is super clean and they are always on time. Highly recommend!

I enjoy my interactions with the ladies at the removery so much that I am going to be sad when my tattoos are all gone! The staff is very knowledgeable, and they give good advice and don’t rush through the treatment. They are looking at the long term effects of the lasers on my skin and they don’t hesitate to tell me to wait longer before continuing treatment. Also, I went to a “real dermatologist” the other day for a skin check-up, and she said that my tattoo removals looked amazing.

Because I had another experience at Premium Tattoo Removal, I can tell that at Removery it would be much more painful, esp if you have a big tattoo. It seems like cooling machine is not cooling properly. Its also very quick and very painful haha. The tattoo removal specialist is just doing the job without different niceties like How are you feeling? Is it numb enough? and etc. They also have the latest laser equipment I suppose, but Im not sure if it would remove significantly better than at previous place. Need to wait and see. Overall its decent and worth trying!

Staff is knowledgeable and very professional.On a 1-10 pain scale, I’d give it a 3. The technician does everything possible to make you comfortable, including numbing the area. Staff members photograph the area each visit so you can track results. Package deals and financing are offered. The entire process is very quick and easy. Staff is friendly!

I have had a wonderful experience with Removery on Bissonett. I am 4 sessions in on three tattoos Im having removed. The staff is professional and very friendly, accommodating. They offer outside or in-house financing, with approval. And its incredibly gratifying to watch my tattoos fade after years of vacillating on the decision to remove.

I had my first visit at The Removery this past Saturday and I was beyond nervous going into my consultation. I was worried about pricing, pain & feeling judged for my bad ink. Just as soon as I walked in the door all those nerves lifted! First off, the office is SO CLEAN! And everyone was earing a mask which was really nice considering the times we are in. My first interaction was with the lady at the front desk who was so welcoming and friendly! My wait time was almost non existent as they called me back super quick! The lady who took me back for the consultation (and treatment) was so professional, super nice & I appreciated the fact that she was up front and honest about the entire thing. She even helped me with financing options so that was really great! Because, to have a tattoo removed the right way isnt super cheap. I was even able to get my first treatment which was awesome because I am ready to be free of this bad ink! The pain was totally bearable thanks to the ice packs & cold air they use! And it is absolutely worth mentioning that even after just one treatment there are spots on my tattoo that have significantly faded! I know it will be a process but I am so grateful! The price is worth the cleanliness, professionalism and extra care they take to not scar your skin as far as I am concerned! Thank you Removery! I look forward to my next appointment!

The Removery employee was professional, but the experience left me concerned about the legitimacy of the business. The location (office building) , the cleanliness of the exam room( substance seen on the treatment chair), the format that measurements and quotes were written down (on a napkin). My disdain for my tattoo and her friendliness almost had me overlook other concerning factors. I’ll definitely conduct additional research before I allow the first company I’ve found, assistant me with such a permanent costly decision.

The staff at Removery is wonderful. The process is simple and quick (I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and that was initial consultation and first treatment combined) and the treatment only took about 30 seconds. Does it hurt? Yes it does, more than the tattoo itself did for sure, but it’s manageable and like they say, there are no heroes. You can pause if you need.

There’s nothing better than finding someone to fix mistakes in your body, where the people don’t treat you like garage. Removery has always been extremely kind and caring at every visit. I’m thrilled I made the choice to continue my removals with them.

Long story short: They increased the price of my treatments half-through having my tattoo removed. Needless to say Ive taken my business elsewhere.Full story: This place was, until recently, called the Eraser Clinic and I started getting my tattoo removed there. They charged me $243 per treatment and told me it would take 10 treatments. Last month I received and email saying that the name of the clinic is now the Removery but packages and pay as you go plans will not be affected. I went in for my next treatment and they told me my price would now be $277 per treatment. I was irritated by the 12% increase in price but even more irritated by the fact that I was told that the packages and pay as you go plans would not be affected. I sent them an email a week ago asking for an explanation, to which I have received no reply. My advice would be to have your tattoo removed by a clinic that appreciates your business. It is expensive after all.

Jessica was so friendly upon walking in, I already knew I had made the right choice. I had my consultation with Isabel. She made me feel so at ease with all my questions and concerns. I actually did my first treatment right after my consultation. Isabel was completely aware and kept checking in on my pain level. The process was quick to my surprise. They KILLED it. Im glad I chose Eraser Clinic for this journey.

Okay, so I went here four times for my tattoo removal, I honestly got good service all the time, but this place is a fraud, I went here because they had 5 star reviews, as time passed, my tattoo would fade less and less every time, I saw other people posted this place would steal your money and they were right, I took my money to another location, I would post the places name but, I don’t want people to think I’m only here to advertise another location, but any ways with the new place I’m going too, with two sessions, and it’s a big difference, here I would pay 240 for each session. At the new place it’s 189$. Big difference and better results. Don’t go here guys, by the way, this was formerly eraser clinic.

Be careful of this place. The photos shown here, when checked through an IMGSearch app, showed that they stole them from somewhere else 🤦🏽‍♀️ they will always try to sell you a package and get you to pay $2K upfront. But every tattoo is different, so anyone who guarantees that it’ll be removed in a certain amount of time without even knowing what type of ink is used on you is suspect. The whole time I was here it felt like they were just trying to sell me something. They could not tell me the name of the tech who would be doing the procedure, which is something I wanted to look up beforehand. Another thing is that there is a financial incentive to leave a 5 star review— you get $500 off the aforementioned 2K package. None of these reviews are from people who have actually gotten their tattoos removed from these folks, because they’ve never actually successfully removed a tattoo (hence the fake images).

Went in for my consultation/ first treatment today and I must say that I am beyond pleased. Receptionist is nice as can be; Jessica was very thorough throughout the entire process. All I did was call to ask for an approximate quote for tattoo removal and the lady that answered the phone was very rude! I had several questions and wasn’t even able to ask them because she was so rude to the point she cut me off while speaking. I am not sure if it’s because it’s the end of the day or what, but it was uncalled for. For that reason alone, I would not recommend even calling this place to receive a quote!

Had a really great experience here. Jessica did my first session, and she was very knowledgeable, quick, and super informative. Ive only had one session, so it was pretty low power, but it was not bad pain-wise at all with the cold air and we could take our time and I could tell her if I needed a break at any time. It really just takes a couple of minutes from start to finish. Jessica also gave me some good tips and tricks as the sessions go on to keeping things more comfortable. She even called the next day to check on me. Im ready to go back and would definitely recommend.

Much more flexible payment plan than other places--full refund if you dont use all the sessions you purchase. Its nice that they provide you with all the aftercare supplies. Super quick and it hurt less than I thought it would!

I have many complaints. I first started going here when this place was called eraser clinic in January on 2019.I didn’t have any issues at first the staff was nice it was easy to schedule and reschedule online and it was clean. I have a small nickle size tattoo on my wrist that I wanted removed. I was told it would take 10-12 sessions. I’ve had 8 sessions and it is still very much their. People can not believe how many sessions I’ve had and how little change their is. But I was just planning on being patient but I find scheduling now to be so difficult. They never answer the phone or emails. To make things even worse I went to my last appointment and was refused service because they said that I had hyperpigmentation on the tattoo they said it was probably from the sun. To that I respond what sun I work inside and don’t do any outdoor activities and with the pandemic I have gone anywhere. I was also told I was going to need more then 12 sessions! I was even more frustrated that day because I love 35 mins away and because of traffic it took an hour to get there. Had nothing done then an hour to get back home. I explained how frustrated I was that I drove an hour in traffic for nothing. I was told I can alway email a picture of my tattoo before My appointment to make sure I’d be able to have treatment done. Now my appointment is this Friday I emailed a picture of my tattoo and explaining my situation this past Sunday. It’s Wednesday and I have gotten no response. I’m further annoyed because along with my Appointment reminder I also got a notice of their NEW POLICY WITH REMOVERY that their is a $50 cancellation fee for appointment missed or canceled less the 24hrs. I didn’t get a $50 credit when I was denied treatment. So needless to say I’M DONE! I’m done waiting on a response and I will spend my time canceling my appointment and going elsewhere. I’m not even sure how they expect you to cancel when THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE NOW THAT THEY ARE REMOVERY! I just feel like everything is a trap at this point they tell you it will take the many session and then it more. And then they charge you a cancellation fee and make sure canceling and rescheduling are difficult.

Literally no complaints. My service was done by Jessica and she was great. Im a Laser Tech myself and found this Clinic because Im familiar with and work with the Candela Laser as well. I have tattoos on my fingers that Ive been wanting to remove for weeks.The check-in process was very easy and quick. No issues. In the room, Jessica was very thorough and explained the treatment perfectly. She was comforting and informative. She did a test patch for me to get the feel before she continued. When she did the treatment she was precise and efficient. Very satisfied with my treatment. She gave me a take-home baggy, I paid, and made my next appointment. This place is awesome! I love the friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Everyone is nice and very helpfully. All my questions where answered. I was able to get my first session done on the same day as my free consultation. The session was really fast. They also followed up the next day to see how I was doing and to see if I had any questions. This is a great place to come and get a tattoo removed.

Ive had one session at Eraser clinic and I was more than pleased with it. They quickly took me back for my free consultation, explained the process to me, and answered any questions I had. They were able to do a session during the same appointment. The session was super quick - less than a minute and the pain was tolerable due to this cold numbing machine they use. I needed a second to take a couple deep breaths and they happily let me take a break. I was pleasantly surprised at their pricing, it is very affordable. My tattoo is some line work thats fairly large and they charged me a sizing down because of how much negative space there is. They supposedly are the only place in Houston who has the laser they do, which is a 2018 model (not sure of the kind), and their prices are still great compared to the competition. They provided more than enough supplies for the healing process for free and gave me detailed instructions on what to do. They even called me a couple days later to check on my healing process and see if I had any further questions/concerns. Im looking forward to going back for more sessions!

This is a fantastic business that actually keeps its promises. I encourage everyone out there to visit some other places first and THEN come to Eraser Clinic. Youll notice the difference as soon as you walk in the door. The girls here are the best! Very thorough and attentive to my concerns and questions. Explained everything and really made me feel at ease. The whole process was quick and relatively painless. I had a great experience for my first session. The office is clean, well kept, and well organized. I was in and out for my consultation and first treatment in 20 minutes. They give aftercare instructions and all the supplies you need to care for your skin after the treatment. It was painful but SUPER quick, and my skin did not hurt after it was over. The actual laser treatment time took about 20 seconds. I haven’t seen any results from my first treatment yet, but they explained that the fading occurs between treatments as your skin heals and this is only day two for me. I will absolutely be back!

I am so far pleased with my experience at the Eraser Clinic. The staff was professional and the office clean. The process was fairly smooth, with the treatment lasting only about 15 minutes from start to finish.

Recommend this place to anyone and everyone from first time laser removals to people that are currently seeing other businesses for laser removal. Technology, price, customer service, and staff are amazing. I have been to numerous removal businesses and this will be the one I continue to work with until I am all free of the tattoos I need removed.

Very respectful people

My complaint is not with the staff but the business itself. They guaranteed me that when I purchased a package of sessions I could receive a refund for unused sessions. After six months and a multitude of phone calls, I still have not received my refund. Money is tight right now and their failure to return my money to me is a horrible thing to do.

Little hard to find at first but really had a great experience at this office. It was clean, the staff was friendly and well informed. They explained everything and were able to do the laser removal same day (which not everyone does). Fair priced. More affordable than most and they do offer packages for a small discount. Really happy that they treat not only black ink but colored ink as well. They even give you a little bag with items to care for your tattoo afterwards.Only thing I didn’t like was they were running really behind. I was late for my appointment so it kinda worked out but if I had been on time I would have sat there for just over half hour waiting. If you ask me though, was worth the wait. Will keep going there and suggest others do the same!

I contacted the Eraser Clinic looking for some pricing and rough estimate over the phone.Usually they make you come into for a free consultation and will not give you a rough estimate over the phone.I gave them my measurements and the lady helping me was very nice and gave me a good estimate so I could compare with other places pricing.There was no pressure during the phone call to come in and they said if you’re ready then we will be here for you.As far as my first phone call I think this is a professional place with good customer service.

Very easy to setup an initial appointment online. The day of the appointment, everything was explained thoroughly and all of my questions were answered. The procedure itself was as pain free as possible and aftercare materials were provided for the following three days. I am very impressed with Eraser Clinic and will continue to come here for additional treatments.

Eraser clinic is definitely the right place to go if you need tattoo removal.The clinic is very clean and has a nice atmosphere to it.Everyone is polite, courteous and professional.My favorite thing about eraser clinic is they stick to there appointment times. I’ve never had to wait past my scheduled time . Really great place.
