CPS DOES NOTHING TO HELP THE CHILDREN .THEY JUST LEAVE THE KIDS IN BAD SITUATIONS EVEN WITH EVERYTHING THEY KNOWTHE CHILDREN NEED HELP AND THE SYSTEM IS FAILING THEMI COULD RIGHT A BOOK ABOUT THERE MESS

Worst mistake we ever made was adapting kids from CPS they lied to us and mislead us on there problems.

My mom is 71 years old ,taking care of 4 great grand children & yall took day care away...you sorry low lifes.... The case worker want return her calls... Yall better not use tax payers money to FOUND YOUR PAY CHECK. .. I will be getting in touch with Greg Abbott s office. ...

What an absolute joke of an organization. There is a homeless couple (violent and aggressive if people dont give them money) in the Heights with two small children. People have been calling CPS and reporting them, but their answer is that the couple has the right to be homeless if they want and that everyone can make their own life choices. So, what about the children? Do they have any choices? We were all told that unless we witness the parents getting high, see abuse or see the kids panhandling (we have seen the kids panhandling, but falls on deaf ears), there is nothing they can do. When asked about the kids nutritional or hygiene needs, again, life choices. Life choices of the lowlife, junkie parents, NOT THE CHILDREN!!The parents went so far as to accuse a neighbor of robbing them because she refused to give them money anymore. She even tried to locate relatives for the kids. Correct me if I am wrong, but shouldnt that be CPSs job?If you serve children, why are you not even looking into this?How do you people sleep at night hiding behind all of your red tape fantasies?

I would give zero stars if I could. They dont care about tearing families apart. They have bullshitted for almost 2 months over my kids. I passed a hair follicle test and their still telling me I have to take classes to get my kids. They cant even tell me where my case is now and I have called almost everyday since they showed up. I guess its okay with the government to interfere with lives and then not finish anything.

Hands down the worst place and they only hire you if you are completely retarted. They check no information. And worse than anything they return with no accusations. This place is a joke and so are the employees.

SHAME On YOU!! And the SICK court system!! How can you allow a healthy child to go thru 13 surgeries, what are you there for if not to protect the child!!! Munchausen by proxy is very real!!! It shd be FIRST on your list to think about!!These sick mothers run to court because the sick court system protects them!!!! Shame on you

Very disappointed with our government and this system. They loose paper work, are not responsible, do not care about you, do not help, are lazy, say its your fault if they miss place your paper work, ask for forms over and over after already having them, not being in touch so your benefits laps. Not impressed at all. They will help the people who lie and dont need help but tell the ones who have kids and need food to go the local food pantry! Waste of my tax money when I cant get help.....I didnt work for anyone else to benefit! this system and service and process really needs to be changed!

Still no answer from Ms Tony not sure if he works for this company because I dont live in Houston but my baby father called with false accusations on me just to be vindictive hes refusing to give me my babies back when they miss their mother the lady called with little to no information on something she got proof that their was no abuse on my kids ! She stated hes refusing to answer her calls and dont want to proceed with the process .. he smokes weed and not sure if they drug tested him

This particular CPS in Houston is massively understaffed and uneducated. They returned 2 kids to a home that is 100% dysfunctional and say they have no evidence while neighbors and family members have called and called about these kids running the streets unsupervised and staying out late and there is an invalid mother in the home who is also being neglected and abused. It is appalling that this agency is non-viable and someone should just shut them down. They are worthless.

They take to long to answer ahhh but on Friday they be checking if they got there paychecks
