The mixed reviews made me nervous coming here as a first timer. They were more informative than my own attorney about first time registration to use the kiosk. They stay busy here and they are family friendly.

For all y’all daddy’s out there you can use the kiosk takes cash and you can your debit card too to make a payment. It’s easy you do need to know your case number where it goes too and make sure you bring the right amount. It’s a 3 dollar fee so If you wanna donate $60 bring $63 don’t be me putting in $70 and expecting change. Just a honest man I know exactly what everyone going thru just forget about it all.There not trying to understand you or help you so don’t waste your time talking to them.

This place is a complete joke. If you are looking for some type of assistance, go to another location. Maybe the attitudes will be better and you will be treated as a person not talked down upon. I was treated as a statistic and when I asked for a supervisor, no one could assist me.

Its child support what more do you need? Lol its easy to find but finding parking is crazy cuz everything is reserved for someone other than you. Its hot in there so beware.

Waste of time and effort as always - maybe one person in the office has a half a clue on a good day - under staffed and under trained is the best I can say about the service you will receive here. Least of all its a pain in the rear to find, if you drive a vehicle bigger than a Prius the parking structure is SUPER tight, and the wait (as always with any government entity) is CRAZY LONG. Brightest side of the entire day is that the parking is FREE....but let me say one more time...if you drive anything on the large side the parking garage is TIGHT so be careful coming and going.

The interviewer was very pleasant and theyre just doing their job and I understand that BUT they treat men as if we are all criminals...no matter how honest men are WE are always gonna be the bad character in this movie. The system needs to change and treat everyone the same because theres dads out there that take care of their kids better than SOME moms.

Easy to find! Staff was respectful and prompt. Information and updates are keyed into the system. Verification printouts are done here also.

This place is horrible!! Very unorganized, and unprofessional! Its all in their attitude. They need to update and upgrade the people that work there and the place!

Appointment was at 10am, but didnt get called back till 11... why make the appointments?? Anyway, the case worker was real nice amd we got it done.

I wasted my time and when they call me mrs knicks or something like told that i just needed to call a number to solve my case i never get this number because she stop to talk to another employee about they personal things. Damn they get paid for walk and talk just like that???

Absoultely pointless. I did more work on my case in a month then they did in 6 years .if u want anything u have to do it urself. Phone support is useless. Even if u gather all the info u still have to wait a minimum of 2 weeks for them to even look at it. Ugh.

So many people and all I was doing was getting paperwork, and the paperwork was not updated.

Parking is for 1 hour, but service was really quick! I was like 4th in line when they opened.

This is the typical state office with lazy employees who do not care if your custodial on non custodial. They treat you as if your in the way of their next break which is every 5 mins.

This office is in the business of ruining fathers. Made child support payments on time for 5 years, got a new support order and they reported me as being late before they sent the new support order. Worked hard to build my credit and they ruined it.
