Im pissed off because myself and my family has been waiting for days for a chance to apply for the hurricane Harvey financial assistance. Since 11:40 pm September 20, Ive been waiting and refreshing on the red cross page since 1:00 am and nothing. I have no idea what special website I have to apply for and the red cross is very vague about how exactly to apply. Im angry cause its its 1:05 am September 21, and the website has not updated yet. Come on red cross dont let me down again.

This whole $400 for harvey disaster victims is BS I dont know anybody that has been approved besides my husband, he got approved and they didnt even gave him the reference id, three weeks later hes still trying to get it and every time he calls he waits on hold for hours and they just hang up on him. This people are just trying to make it on the news and media as if they are helping when they really dont care.
