Shoes shiners are hard to find, but a good shoe shine is almost impossible these days. Billy and his son have done a great job everytime I have gone over the last 2 1/2 years. His prices are extremely reasonable, they take their time every shine and really do a great job. I have extended the life of my shoes significantly by keeping up with regular shines. *He is located at the hotel lobby and the entrance to the tunnels.
