Hired Jaqueline to serve the defendant on my case and she takes so long to attempt service and she is unresponsive. I hired her again once I received my order for substitute service. She said she would go post the petition the next day. It has been now over a week and I have not received a response from her after several attempts to request an update. I will now have to hire another company due to her unprofessionalism, poor communication and substandard time management skills.

If Could leave them negative 10 stars I would. We hired Houston Civil Process to serve court documents for us. The process server texted us that the job had been completed. He never filed the return of service. It has been over 20 days. They have given me the run around. and have not resolved this issue. RUN AWAY FROM THEM. Use any one else. Dont let them destroy the outcome of your case.

TERRIBLE STAY AWAY UNRELIABLE EXCUSE MACHINE. HIRED FOR A STRAIGHTFORWARD SERVICE TO A LOCAL BUSINESS, AND TWO NAMED DEFENDANTS. SEVERAL CALLS TO COURT CLERK AND ONLY ONE SERVICE RETURNED. CALLED AND SHE SAID A PROBLEM WITH E-FILE, TWO MORE CALLS OVER A PERIOD OF TWO WEEKS STILL NOTHING DONE. I HAVE FILED THE REQUISITE COMPLAINT.
