Ive worked with Pete and Janet for the last 8 years and have found them to be some of the most caring and dedicated professionals in pool management. They take the utmost care in their staff and the quality of product that they provide.Lifeguarding and the care of aquatic safety is no small task and not to be taken lightly. Aquatic Management of Houston prepares their team better than any organization across the country so the expectations are high. The result is a better prepared lifeguard, safer pool, and a young professional that learns valuable life lessons for wherever their career takes them. This organization deserves the highest of stars and Im excited to continue to work with them.

If I could give more than 5 starts I would, I started working for this company at 15 years old as my first job, I have now been with them for 4 years and they are still the best company I have worked for throughout the years. The owners are very easy to work with and all the workers are very friendly, hours are extremely flexible you get opportunities for extra work all the time and the pay is better than you will find anywhere. Overall the best pool company to work for, you will be well taken care of and your not just an employee in a company, I have grown so much throughout the years and had an amazing environment to learn in.

I’ve worked with this company for 2 years and they’re always having our backs when it comes to anger parents, working hours, and just helping us out in the heat in general. I can not thank them enough for always having my pools back and always thanking us for working so much, our hard work does not go under appreciated from them and that’s what I love!! Our bosses are the most caring and funniest people I’ve met and I’ve had such a pleasure to be apart of a team like this, the pay rate is absolutely amazing even for a 1st job!!

**BEWARE** The most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. They quit their contract in the middle of the season with ZERO notice. We never received the promised pool reports the entire season because Peter is too busy. Janet could not manage staffing even after we cut pool hours and days. The life guards were not sufficiently trained and they had no supervision at all. We were left with broken equipment that we were never informed about. Please note all the recent 5 star comments from their employees. Im sure they were offered incentive to leave reviews because they knew their clients wouldnt have anything positive to say.

I have been working with this company for almost 4 years now and I would never choose another company over this one. The pay here is above amazing, the bosses are incredibly understanding, they give out lifeguard merchandise to the amazing staff, and they make sure we have everything we need to keep the pools running nice and smooth. They have supervisors who come check on the guards at each location with ice cold waters to make sure the pool and bathrooms are clean and that the pumps are running smoothly. They care deeply about the staff and customer experience. Peter and Janet work long hours every day to take care of the staff and pools. Also for some of the other reviews, from someone who works in the company, the HOA board chooses whether they have adult swim or safety break. For adult swim to take place, every person who gets a pool tag has to have signed a waiver that they are okay to swim at their own risk if they have adult swim. Otherwise, that pool will have safety break where nobody is allowed in the water. From another review, if an employee quits without notice, their paycheck will be lowered to 7.25$ for however many hours they have worked since the last payday. This company pays more than any other neighborhood pool company I’ve ever seen. They do not pay over time and they try their best to not schedule guards over 35 hours, but sometimes when their are other lifeguards who are unavailable, Janet or the supervisors will reach out to you. Anyone over 16 years old though, are welcome to pick up more hours and are definitely acknowledged, thanked and rewarded for their help. They limit the hours and things that 15 year olds can do for safety reasons. It is incredibly fair and I highly recommend this as an amazing FULL TIME summer job. They even offer off season work to reliable guards, if you wish to check on and clean pools at anytime you wish and just twice a week. One more thing, international’s sign up to come to America to work knowing and ensuring that they will be working opening to closing unless they are sick. They are saving up money and come here to experience. On their day off, they are taken to places around the area to visit and shop. They are taken care of and are respected. We have not had any come to work in the past two summers due to covid. Once everyone opens their borders, they may apply and or sign up to come back and work.

This company likes to hire teenagers who for some are very devoted and take pride in the work that they do. Some of these kids have worked hours and at the end they get shorten on their paychecks. How is a company like this taking hours away from Teens who are working and not paying them. I would stay away from them. Legal action has been taken since its numerous teens and counting. Homeowners Association Beware of who you hire to manage your pool. HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY!

This company lies! They tell our HOA that they pay the lifeguards one salary and they pay them something different which is a lot lower. They make them work everyday and double shifts without a day off but Mondays when the pool is closed. Just about every one they hire, they either get fired or quit. So if you ask me, this company is horrible!

How can we go about reporting how badly this company operates? We need to get a news station to do a story.

I have worked with Aquatic Management for many many years. Peter Clark and Janet Anderson are an amazing team to work with. If any of your Community Association pools are in need of a top notch Pool Management Company, definitely give Aquatic Management an opportunity!

This company now manages the Fairwood neighborhood pool. They did not manage last year. But the amazing lifeguards that work our pool work for this company now so they could work the same pool. Then they brought in an international life guard, which I think is a wonderful idea.... except they cut the hours of the guards with seniority bu over half, I assume because they are younger. Then the older life guard that is scheduled over 50 hours a week ( open to close 6 days a week) and he is constantly sleeping when he is supposed to be watching out for the safety of our community. I know for a fact Aquatic management was notified and obviously no action has been made because here we are a month into the summer and it’s still the same. Head back mouth open eyes closed when supposed to be guarding our pool. Also no more adult swim. There is a “safety break” every hour. 🤔 not impressed with this company and I will be at the next hoa. Meeting. Since I’m the end we pay for their services. Pretty sad that 3 hard working dedicated teenagers have this as an example of what there hard work gets them. Hours cut from 36 to 12 so a grown man can sleep half the day in a chair. All because their younger. I will be protesting this company’s return next year
