Absolutely phenomenal duo to work with. They were able to capture my vision by taking the time to layout their linens and even give me ideas I didnt have originally during our appointment. They gave me recommendations to other vendors that would help bring everything together. Very nice, responsive and a blast to work with. Came and found me at the end of the night just to say hey and congratulate me. (Which meant a lot, especially when the people I expected to be there for me were flaky.)

Sweet Linens is simply amazing! We told them our vision for my baby shower and their ideas were everything that we desired plus more! Guys! I used sweet Linen’s services for my daughter’s Quinceañera. I must say, the service was EXCELLENT! Everything was on point from the start to the end! Very detailed and professional. I will definitely use their service AGAIN! And of course I highly recommend Sweet Linens!

They do not honor their operation hours.On August 29th I spoke to a staff member several times inquiring prices on table covers. I told her I would go that afternoon to rent the covers for 6 tables. After driving over 35 minutes to get to their place of business, I arrived at 4:05 pm and they were closed although their business hours are until 5 pm. Not once did the staff member inform me that they would close early and I specifically asked them what time they would be closing. It was a waste of time.Responding to owner;I confirmed availability and I told the person who I was communicating with that I would be going there that afternoon. She never once informed me you provide service only to those who set up an appointment nevertheless an appointment was not offered nor did she inform me that you would close early. I hope you can be more assertive and clear to customers who are commuting to your place of business so they don’t have this type of inconvenience.Have a blessed day as well.

I have used Sweet Linens and been to several events where they were used. All I can say is WOW! They never disappoint! They are super creative and have so many things to choose from. If they don’t have it they will get it! They have always gone over and beyond for me and I highly recommend their services. Doesn’t matter if it’s small and intimate and big and massive they always get the job done beautifully!!!
