Very poor business. Website is just for show, can’t contact someone, can’t order online even though there’s a shopping cart. Sent in order request and finally got a call days later, put order of just 3 table lines that I needed and I wanted to go pick up, got no confirmation right then and there. She stated she would send an email with the quote...idk what was the point of that when I was telling her on the phone what I wanted and I would go pick it up. Waited for the email and only got an email saying thank you for the request and I would be getting a detailed email shortly after. Never received it. Called the day of the even thinking I could just go pick it up and pay then and there...nope. They were closed and never cared to email me my quote. I guess my purchase wasn’t important to them. Their system was just pointless. Waste of time.

I gave my mother a 50th surprise party for her birthday and rented all of my linens from Little Seaters. Shaquita was very kind and helpful w/the process and made it very easy for me. She answered all of my questions and was always polite. Exceptional service! Will definitely use them again for my next event.

If you are expecting to receive your complete rental order on time with everything working properly, you should find another rental facility. Shaquita was late at our initial appointment. She was late with my delivery, throwing my entire day off. She was 4 chair covers short (apparently she did not count them before leaving her warehouse, but made sure to count them at pickup). When she realized she was 4 chair covers short she assured me they were at her shop only to call me later and let me know that she had double booked them and had given them to someone else. She was able to finally locate 4 chair covers and had someone bring them over. I ordered her horse set (3 horses). One of the horses was leaning when she dropped them off. I brought it to her attention at that time and was ignored. The horse later fell over and when I told her about it she said she would try to send someone to fix it. Try? Really? The person she sent with the chair covers brought a hot glue gun which was no match for horse, so I was only able to use 2 of the horses not the set. Most people would issue a full refund in that instance, but not Shaquita. She came up with a number and said that was it (it wasnt even a third of what the horses cost) and this only happened after much discussion. Speaking of that discussion, it was supposed to take place when she picked up and when I brought it to her attention I was told she was only there to pickup and it should be discussed at a later time. She picked up her items and gave a refund number before leaving when I tried to get clarification on how that was the number she arrived at she quickly stated that was all she was going to give me . The entire experience was terrible. I will never ever rent anything from this place again. Shaquita is not professional, late and does not care if what you have works or not, she only wants the money. RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
