I was here for oil change today, they told me to stay in my car and they got oil changed for me very quickly. And after that the associate asked me if I would like to get my AC filter changed, so I said ok and got one of the filter changed for $19.99. After that the associate asked me if I want to get the other filter changed for another $19.99, I denied. The total was $84.82 on the invoice, (the full service oil change was $29.99, synthetic oil change was $25, special filter charge$5 and AC filter $19.99) But on the receipt what they actually charged me was $88.21, almost four dollars more. I don’t know why they charged extra, is this normal?

Each time I have come to this place for my routine oil change Brandon has helped me and has done an awesome job!! They are very polite and professional!!! I definitely recommend this location for anyone 😉

OilSpot offers a drive-thru oil change service. The cost is around $25. I have been going here to get my oil changed for about 4/5 years. I have never had any problems with the service. The staff is always really friendly. They always offer a cold bottle of water which is great with this Houston heat. I would definitely recommend OilSpot if you are in the area and in need of an oil change.

Today I visited this oilspot location for the first time. I had a truly incredible experience. The service was fast yet thorough. The employees were incredibly friendly and personable throughout my entire oil change, and took the time to explain all that was being done as well as answer all my questions. Never once did I feel pressured to take any additional services beyond what I needed but was politely notified of all their services available. A+ service and I look forward to utilizing them again with my next oil change.

Everytime I come here the service has been outstanding. They offer services from a full service oil change to rock chip windshield repair. The prices are awesome also. The only thing I dont like is the drive down FM 1960. 😁

Speed and customer service is great! My only concern is that wearing a facial mask may not be a requirement for the workers. I almost drove away when I noticed the mechanic didnt have on a mask to prevent the spread of COVID19 as well as some of his coworkers. I have visited this location on several occasion, and shared with others on how well the customers are served. Purely because facial masks arent worn by some of the mechanics I may not return to do business.

AMAZING!! I went here for the first time Monday and am still blown away by the service. You literally drive up, get an oil change, and pay right there from your car. I spent about ten minutes total here and the price was incomparable! They have gained a new customer!

So I had to go see for myself why this place had so many good reviews. WOW, the guys were so nice and knowledgeable. Very hardworking and did not try and up sell me at all. They communicated like a well oiled machine and even shouted out what they were doing to each other as well as what parts, oil and torque to use. SERIOUSLY?? Like a pit crew!! They offer so many more services I wanted to get done but will get those done next week. Honestly some of the best customer service and hard working people I have seen in Houston! Well done guys!!!

I go here often.. the staff is nice.. service is good and prompt.. they also must times offer you water.. and they also have a fan type cooling system that they can place near your window for you while you wait

Was able to pull right in, sit in my car while they changed the oil..timing was either perfect or these guys are just always great!!! They offer me a water...it took only 10 mins, I mean I couldnt have googled a better spot!! Thanks guys ❤❤❤❤

Friendly service, but... Be wary of the price you pay vs what the receipt says. It could have been a simple keying error, but as you can see from my pictures, I was charged 37.14 when the receipt clearly shows the total at 35.71. I didnt make a big deal out of it, because if they want to shave a few dollars off the top for themselves, fine. I just wont be back. Also, my oil is at a a lower level than before I went in. Again, benefit of the doubt: maybe the last oil change I had filled it too much? But I doubt it as it was an actual mechanic. Just be aware of everything they put in front of you and dont just sign without looking and verifying first.

Best oil change experience in a long time. Jiffy Lube in our area has gone down, down, down .... After 20 years of using them, I had to find a new option. These guys hit a home run on my first visit.First the owner worked with me. How often does that happen in 2013? 2nd they put a cool blowing tube in my car window and let me stay in my car. Very cool, very comfortable, never got out of the car!3rd, all parts of the procedure were done well. I have been back multiple times since then. And, I got a certificate taking $$ off of my wash job next door at Bubbles. Whats not to like! Told the owner to look for my two cars from now on.

They are so nice. I absolutely hate getting my oil changed and I actually enjoyed this experience. Chris the owner personally did my service and bent over backwards to help me. We had an issue with my car and he figured it out for me. Clifton his assistant was equally as nice. It was great service. I live in the Galleria area, but I can assure you I will continue to drive over to their shop. It is really a nice change to go into a place like that and get treated so well.

I went & got my oil checked today. The process was very smooth thanks to the help of Mike and Jamon. They were done in less than 20 minutes. I will definitely come back and get my oil changed here again.

Had a great experience the first time. Drove an hour out of my way to come back for an oil and fuel filter change. Different people working, tried to charge me $60 more than the previous service. Unprofessional staff this time. Much different experience.

Getting oil change is always a chore for me but this place might just change my mind for good. For the starter, its only 24.99 for the oil change. Second, its a drive through so I just parked my car in the designated area and didnt even need to get out while they did the work. The whole process took less than 15 minutes, which I thought is never possible with anything related to car maintenance. The staff here are friendly, knowledgable and fast. Definitely recommend!

Insane level of service.They definitely have a system down and it works flawlessly.Upon driving onto the bay, one of the guys immediately started checking tire pressure and topping off any fluids that needed it. Threw me off at first because he was so quick about it.Had another guy on the underside of my car assisting with the oil change.All while I had a guy (I’m usually ademant about names and am beating myself for not getting their names) asking me what service I needed, confirmed price, jotted down info all while the other guys were doing the oil change.Offered a free water and even pointed the portable AC my way as it’s hot out here in Texas.Again, just insane level of service. This is exactly how a business in this industry should perform.First google review and proud to give them the acknowledgement they deserve.In and out within 8 minutes tops. Walmart quoted me a 45 minute - 1 hour wait.

This is the fastest oil change spot I have ever been to. I drive an Mseries Infiniti and most places charge from $75-$120 for an oil change it only cost me $75 which includes synthetic oil and air filter together. While your seated in the car and it takes at most 10mins. Who can beat that? Ohh that price is with tax as well.

This is the place I take my work tuck to when Im on that side of town REALLY good price pretty fast oil change they always fill up my windshield wiper fluid I like that they check the air in my tires the guys that work there are always super nice an friendly you dont even have to get out of your car you can drive n stop get the oil changed with out ever getting out of your car or truck I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

This is the good place for changing the oil but the bad thing is there workers steal the oil they dont put whole 5quats unless you tell them and you got to check to every time whatever they show you the amount its due on there compute after total they charge you some extra on you credit card

The level of customer service I received is unbelievable. They don’t treat you like a customer, they treat you like family. I read a lot of great reviews so I decided to drive across town to get a stay-in-the-car oil change. It was well worth the drive. They were so nice to me, worked in a timely manner, asked me if I wanted a cold water while I waited, and kept me updated on everything they were doing. When they finished, I drove away without paying much. The manager Chris is so nice. I had some issues with my vehicle today (Not related to Oilspot) and he was able to help me! The amount of thanks and appreciation I have for him can’t be expressed enough. I will forever be an Oilspot customer and will refer friends and family there!

Ive been coming here for a few years . I live in the woodlands but the customer service is worth the price . Staff is amazing and you dont have to get out of the car . Extremely convenient especially with a toddler . You have to turn off your car but they have a/c tube they stick in your car . They explain everything to me . Chris is amazing !!!
