My husband rents office space at The Preserve, which is managed by Hartman. They are nice until you sign the lease, then its all down hill from there. This property floods all the time. We were unable to get all of out belongings out of the suite and they disposed of 2 Chairs that we paid over $6,700, Mini Fridge, Microwave and more. Im sure someone in management or their subcontractors are enjoying our chairs as I type this. Save your time, money and stress and stay FAR AWAY from this property!!!
