Ive been in the metal fabrication industry for 21 years now and have not run across a more incompetent business yet. It all started when i called for pricing and delivery on some 4130 handles. Lewis quoted minimum 175$ with delivery of 3 to 5 days with no problems. I shipped April 3rd with a 1 day delivery to Houston ( 50$ ups ground). 7 days later i get a call from Leo stating my pieces havent even been started and may bow after heart treatment, by the way job had been treated by texas heat treat, and katy heat treat without any problem. So Leo proceeds to tell me for an extra fee they can be fixtured. After i explain to him that has never been necessary he informs me they cannot complete the job. I ask him to return parts, he agreed. Another week later April 18th i get a call saying parts are ready to ship but they need my ups account. April 20th pieces arrive and label says next day air (276$) which was never asked for since it is 1day delivery Houston to San Antonio. 17 days later Im stuck with untreated pieces and 330$ worth of invoices. This is actually my first ever review of a company anywhere but felt it necessary to warn anyone looking at this company to steer clear. Their inabilities or incompetence is without rival.
