Natalie and her team are absolute gems, and I cannot recommend them enough to my clients. Theyre not only incredibly experienced (and masters of taking over the stressful decisions of wedding planning), but they truly do care about what they do.That level of care shows.As someone who does pay attention and who feels very empathetically towards my clients, it is so refreshing to see her heart and intention in everything she manages - from differing personalities and stressors on a wedding day to caring for tender moments. Her talent is in the nuance, finding the balance between maintaining a schedule while unfolding a beautiful aesthetic and keeping the day genuine. This is mostly a review of our specific planner at Two Be Wed, but we have also been happy with the firm overall.We are so blessed to have Sava as our wedding planner. Not only did she help us plan the perfect wedding that fit our budget and personalities, she also accomplished the amazing feats of rescheduling our wedding twice during the Covid-19 pandemic (both times within a month of the event) and finding a new venue when our old one closed three months prior to our third wedding date. Despite that last sentence, our planning during 2020 & 2021 has been completely stress-free. Sava has completely taken care of us and made us feel secure.Trusting Two Be Wed with our big day has been the highest return on investment so far. Sava was able to preserve our budget by setting our expectations, working with incredible, trustworthy vendors, and helping us navigate through dozens of contracts. My fiancé and I were the first in our immediate families to plan a wedding, so we had thousands of questions from both us and our families. Sava never made us feel like one of our questions or ideas was too dumb or too weird (there were some out-there ones). Instead, she took our questions and ideas and integrated them with affordable and achievable possibilities.I was going to wait until our wedding day in April to write this review- however, I could not help myself as we have been incredibly impressed with her level of service over the last two years. Based on how skillfully she has planned our big day, I know that when the wedding arrives, it will be expertly handled. For those on the fence about hiring Two Be Wed, or even a wedding planner in general, we cannot recommend it enough. My fiancé and I have never once thought that we could have accomplished a single one of her tasks better than she has achieved. She has allowed our event to look like our budget was much larger than it was. We purchased the full planning and day-of coordination package from Two Be Wed, and I feel like our budget was able to be stretched so much more than the fee. I would even recommend it if the package was 1/3 of the total wedding budget.At the end of the day, I am elated with the quality of service from Sava and Two Be Wed, and I am relieved to know that when our wedding day arrives, my family will not be stacking chairs, lighting candles, or tying ribbons- we will be able to celebrate our big day together. Working with Rachel Johnson and TBW was an absolute DREAM!! Throughout the wedding planning process, my family and I felt so supported and loved and I wouldnt have wanted it any other day.There is no way to sugar coat it: planning a large wedding in Houston is hard work and requires a lot of planning. With doing the full service planning, Rachel was always just a message or meeting away and definitely made the process as stress-free and organized as possible. Rachel was truly always one step ahead of things and made planning a wedding in the midst of a very busy life a relaxing and enjoyable experience. From design, to choosing vendors, creating invites, day of coordination, to literally every detail along the way, I always knew I had someone to consult with and wash away any worries that came up. Rachel somehow had the insight to completely capture every thing my husband and I dreamed of for our wedding day and turn in into a reality. I not only had the dream wedding, but made an amazing friend along the way!I will always look back on the wedding planning process with gratitude for what TBW and Rachel were able to accomplish!!!

Wow! Choosing to work with TwoBeWed and Danyett Baxter was the best decision we could have made during the planning process. Two Be Wed killed it last month at our wedding. We literally felt no pressure at all in the weeks just before the big day. My wife and I both know wedding planners who dont actually dont even like people... Makes no sense... BUT Natalie and her team genuinely enjoy the engagement process! Natalie of Two Be Wed made our wedding experience absolutely perfect. I really appreciate how understanding and patient she was with us. She was always ready to listen to our thoughts and changes, and was always supportive. She was always very attentive and quickly responded to our emails, texts and phone calls. Having her as a coordinator made things so much easier and we couldnt have done it without her. Most brides probably would have freaked out at the fact that it was POURING rain, we had usual Friday traffic, some roads were shut down because President Obama was in town, the Rodeo was causing additional traffic, and of course other small things here and there that caused us to start late and move the ceremony indoors. Thankfully, I had so much confidence in Natalie and her coordination that I knew everything would work out just fine, and it did. The indoor ceremony turned out beautiful. The floral arrangements, linens, and the picture frames we used were all her creative ideas and made our wedding look so elegant! We didnt have an ounce of worry on our day and were able to just enjoy ourselves! We are so thankful for everything she did in making our wedding day flawless and unforgettable! I highly recommend Natalie and Two Be Wed to any newly engaged couple!We are forever grateful!

Had a fabulous time working with Danyett and the Two Be Wed staff this past Saturday at The Corinthian in Houston. Danyett and Yvette were very organized, communicative, and helped the reception go off without a hitch! It is a truth universally acknowledged, that a single man in possession of a good fortune, must be in want of a wife., they say :) I would add up that a single man in a want of a wife, must be in a want of a good wedding planner. It is desirable to have things your way but it is much easier and less stressful to have things planned for you by a professional. Take the word of a married man, of a man who is now convinced that people here are trustworthy - they have vision and their ways of making things happen!

We were the DJs (Cutmaster Music) for a wedding this past weekend in Albuquerque and have to say it was a pleasure working with Danyett! She was super attentive during the entire process and is overall just a nice person to work with and be around the day of the event. Things ran super smooth and I think the overall experience was great for our clients. We dont review a lot of vendors, but I wanted to take a minute to put out the recommendation for Danyett and her squad for anyone out there looking to take the stress off their wedding day and during the planning process. We (my husband and I) don’t even know where to begin..starting from the beginning, we interviewed about 6 wedding planners before we came across Two Be Wed. From the start when we spoke with Natalie until the end of our Journey with Sava (our coordinator) everything was above and beyond. Sava was such a perfect fit for us!! Sava was more of a friend to us than our actual wedding planner. She was like a member of our family helping us plan everything. She heard our likes and dislikes, she matched us with the most perfect and genuine vendors, she respected our budget like it was her own, she communicated with us from start to finish and even after, she kept us on task and helped us meet our deadlines no matter what, I can seriously go on and on. Everything is in the Details, details, details and Sava totally got that!!Fast forward to the days of our events (we had multiple wedding events). She was so on top of everything, I as a bride had nothing to worry about and was so stress free because I knew we were in perfect hands. Up until my actual wedding day I had no idea that she had been communicating back and forth with my sister making sure I was ok and everything was on time. On the day of my wedding, she came to the hotel bright and early in the morning to make sure my family and I were ok and helped me get into my wedding dress.Not only did we love her but our family’s and guests loved Sava as well. All of our guests and family members thought Sava was the cutest and loved how she was on top of everything with a smile. Everything was on time (actually even ahead of time) to the T!Sava was seriously like a second mother that knew exactly what to do seamlessly and with a smile. Everything she does is with a smile, full heartedly, and with a positive attitude. We are so grateful to have found the Two Be Wed family. I would recommend them a hundred times over. They are the absolute best! Our fairytale wedding wouldn’t have been complete without them!!
