I came in to this location for a dropoff already packaged and labeled. I wasnt aware that it was a small mom & pop type of location. Which seems to be run by an elderly couple. All I needed was a receipt for the package. After about 5 minutes in the elderly man seemed to have trouble in entering the information into his smart phone. It got to the point he became frustrated and simply scanned the package on a printer and made a copy of the top portion of my package (where the label is located) and simply signed it and circled the area that showed the tracking #. The elderly man then told me here, thats your receipt. I thought to myself this can be a liability since if it was that easy, anyone can do the same and then claim that it was sent. Then an elderly woman who seem to be the mans wife calmly took over to try and help with my request for my receipt. Which I helped the woman with entering the information into her smart phone. Finally with success and was able to e-mail my receipt. I feel those dropoff couldve been handled within 2 minutes. I spent about 15 minutes to assist the sweet elderly lady and not so sweet elderly husband with setting up a drop-off. My advise is if anyone plans to come to this location youll must come with patience and not be in a rush. I am greatful that I came in with both when I arrived at this location. I just hope they dont run into irate customers and wish they can someday enjoy what seems to me a long overdue retirement.

This place is not a UPS store. I wasted my time waiting in line for my Amazon.com return only to find out they dont deal with that. Misleading.Its a mom and pop postal service. Not USPS. Not FedEx. Not UPS.

This place was close even before 6, 5:43 and nobody was there .... even tho it says 9 to 6 monday thru friday

There is a problem here, and I need google to fix it and not refer people like me here! I had an Amazon package to return, but this store refused and said we are not an actual UPS store and cant present all UPS services. So Google please dont show this store when people searching an UPS store.

Things were delivered on time and nothing was broken . Has very good service and wonderful staff. A little crowded though but it’s okay!

Drivers leave packages without claiming ID. they also leave it in unsafe places I have already lost 3 packages with high-value equipment ... in greens point the insecurity that exists is known but the drivers should strive to avoid package theft ...
