My husband and I have used this service before and I was very happy. Here and now today I am very upset. This is our 2nd time using this service to send some things home to Nigeria. It has been 3 weeks and we are waiting diligently for our family to get their things. The delivery was Tuesday so we called and they said it would be Thursday with no good results. I was packing a second bag for my family to send but now since this has happened, I dont know what to do. I am left frustrated and perplexed by these actions. I hope that this issue be resolved soon.

Ifeanyis amazing customer service delivery is the real star of this business. He is thorough, soft spoken and extremely detailed in packing your shipment, using adequate insulation all in a timely manner.

Been using PSI for the past 10years with no issues, but recently, the shipment I sent to Lagos Nigeria was tampered with. Lots of things was stolen from one of the boxes. The company has employed highway robbers as employees at the Lagos warehouse and its very bad for their business. Both Houston and Lagos office has been giving me run around for the past weeks especially the Houston manager(Promise Chukwu). I will no longer be shipping with them and will advise others not too until they look into the theft going on at their warehouse.

Close to 2 months to send a package..This is the Worst shipping company in Atlanta. Yeah I said it. The Worst. Its almost like the bad reputation Nigerians carry, they also put it into legal businesses. This company is a joke. Take your package elsewhere. They gon act like they are doing you a favor with managers acting all busy. Im paying sir. Its not free. They tell you they will get back but never do. Nonsense. Dont do business with PSI Atlanta.

Worst experience with shipping. Sent a package to Lagos that was to be received in 7days. Its been 14 days since drop off at their Houston location, package hasnt been delivered to destination. No phone call, no email message explaining the delay. I would never use them anymore. 😡😡

What i love about PSI is the consultation. The way they sat me down and explained everything pertaining to my shipment was very good. I used them for my project cargo from Singapore to Onne Nigeria. The project went smooth. although clearing was delayed due to Nigeria customs but overall project quality was excellent. Ill recommend them to anyone who desire excellent service.

First of all I will like to say that as a Nigerian I was blown away at the level of organization. This is not something you find easily with Nigerian owned businesses. Their staff was very knowledgeable and ground particularly the office Manager. I think her name is Makda. I am super excited to have found this company at the early stages of my business and I will recommend them to anyone. Shipping internationally has its issues, especially dealing with international ports, but PSI does a good job of handling it for us. Would definitely use them again and again.

Honest truth is.PSI would have been a great shipping company but you see their houston warehouse guys are criminals.They will hold you to ransom on your package especially if shipping electronics.

I have been using other Shippers to ship vehicle and equipment to Africa. Last year a friend of mine introduced me to PSI shipping, but I was very skeptical about using their services.After giving it a second thought, I gave PSI a trial and they were efficient in Shipping construction/Oil field equipment and cars to Nigeria and Ghana for me.My greatest challenge with my previous shipper has been proper documentation of shipment. This has never been an issue for PSI shipping. I will continue to use PSI until they prove me wrong.

I lived outside of Houston and therefore had to mail my goods to their location. Although I spoke to one of their customer service representatives about wanting shipment by sea as opposed to air WHICH WILL BE TOO COSTLY, my package was sent via air within few hours of it being received. The post office tracking information showed that PSI received my package at its Houston location on or around 11:00am and shipped it via air around 3:00pm of same day. PSI advised me upon my call to verify receipt of my package on or around the stated time of 3:00pm. No one even cared to contact me-WHETHER BY PHONE OR EMAIL, before making such decision.The interesting part is that, I have not paid the shipping cost or spoken to them about it, which proved that it was a deliberate move by PSI to rip me off. SHIPPING MY PACKAGE BEFORE BEING PAID TO DO SO, SPEAKS VOLUME OF THEIR FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES.Instead of asking me for the shipping cost here in the USA, PSI went after my sister in Nigeria and used blackmailing to collect the money. Its employees in Nigeria threatened to seize the goods, if my sister didnt pay.It added to the weight of the package and come up with a bogus shipping charges. It was definitely my last time using the company. CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!

I am not impressed with the services inside Nigeria. Im based in enugu Nigeria and I have encountered problems with 3rd party delivery service you use here. The last time, October precisely I had to go and pick my shipment from a bus service station where my goods were dropped.Now I have another shipment sent through the 3rd party delivery service you use down to enugu since 19th of July, today is 24th july and to my surprise my goods are yet to reach me.Why use a company that doesnt work on saturdays? Others work half day in enugu to enable customers take delivery of their urgent baggages.....

I just wish they would be more responsive and most of all cut the delivery time between lagos and other states like Rivers. At least when a parcel is delivered, they send you a notification. Tele customer service recently improved sucks so bad. Voice prompt never connects you to an agent.I hope they do better

I have been doing business with PSI for over 5 years now. I have no problems with them and neither do my customers in Nigeria. I tried to change to another shipping company several times because their prices were lower but my customers requested that I should continue using only PSI because the other companies had cheaper prices but terrible service. I usually have my goods shipped directly to their warehouse, where its re-packaged and shipped without me having to inspect it. Never had a problem with this either. With PSIs service, my goods get there on time and intact. As long as PSI remains in business, I have no plan of using any other shipping company.

Usually reliable until NAHCO or other Nigerian agencies decide to shut down operations. DEFINITELY room for improvement in their customer service department but still a decent coy.

This company obviously does not know how to update their website. The website says they work Saturdays 9am-12noon so I took my shipment to them only to see them write on the door that they work only Monday to Friday. I also met someone there who came based on the information on their website. They might as well bring down their website. Very unreliable!!!!!!

They kept me waiting 5 hours to pick up a package from my home, as if I have nothing else to do with my day. I was given a window but I waited long beyond that window. I didnt get a phone call telling me the driver was running late. When I called them, I got nonchalant responses. They even hung up on me!!! I ended up having to go somewhere else. Will NOT be using them again.
