Genesis is the BEST car/limo service in Houston and the surrounding areas!! I worked with Rafik to arrange a limo for my wedding and he was a joy to work with the whole time. He was also very fast to respond to any questions I had. He worked with me to arrange a limo and price that would best fit our needs. He was also very understanding when we had some last minute changes to our day of schedule- most people would not be nearly as understanding and flexible. Rafik helped make the planning process so much easier and really provided us with exceptional customer service. The driver was also on time and very friendly, the limo itself was just as described and met all our expectations. I will most definitely be a customer for life! Completely unprofessional service with people who do not care. Im trying to arrange transport for a disabled family member to the airport. Last minute and things are moving fast. I wanted to get an idea of if they could arrange something if I called back with more information later. Jerk just hung up on me rather than make accommodations. I will go elsewhere.

I have been using Genesis for many years and cannot say enough about them. Matt & his crew have never let me down. Always ahead of schedule, modern & clean fleet, and extremely competitive rates make them top notch. While all of these things are required for a great business, its Genesis customer service and ride conversation that sets them apart. I always get into their vehicles feeling comfortable and at ease like a close friend is picking me up. Again, I cannot recommend them enough.

I’ve been using Genesis’ service for 20 years and my parents have used them even longer. Whether going out to dinner or to the airport, it is, by far, the best, most professional transport company in Houston (or any other city/country I’ve been to). The drivers are all pleasant, courteous, and prompt and they truly care about making their passenger’s experience a good one. Used Genesis last night to transport my colleagues and myself to a work awards event. Everyone absolutely loved the limo! Very spacious, accommodated 13 of us including a few very tall men that are 6 ft. Plus. Limo came fully stocked with ice, cups, & my mixers of choice. We had such a good time. Would fully recommend.

Overall fantastic experience the only thing that kind of made me lower a star was the fact that the wedding package wasnt up to what I had already imagined. When they told me they were going to bring out a red carpet Oh, I thought they were going to actually bring at least some type of thick material material to lay out as a carpet. Instead I got a flimsy filter red material that was being passed off as a carpet. That was my only complaint everything else was great!

I could not be happier or more pleased with the outstanding service I received from Genesis Limo and especially Matt S. They made a very special event from my Bucket List even more special with the ease of the booking all the way to the driver being prompt and on time and then beyond getting us back home.
