I just drove from Clear Lake to arrive well before they close at 6. Arrived at 5:15 after a 2 hour drive. They close at 5.Might be a good time to update your marketing material. I’ll stick to online from now on. They don’t close.

Listen up Cantu Bros.! As of late your customer service has been lagging. Please pay close attention to your customer(s) feedback. Power equipment suppliers are a dime a dozen and loyal customers will not hesitate to take their business elsewhere.

I dropped off items last week and was told my blades would be ready this week and when I went in to pick up my items, they were definitely not ready because they are a week behind, so my order should be ready sometime next week. I dont see why I was lied to. A courtesy call would have been appreciated.

The lady behind the counter was not nice. She told me I need parts that I didnt need than gave me the wrong part that didnt even look like the parr I brought in

Excellent Customer Service - I went in to inquire about a trimmer and was greeted by one of the owners. I told him what I was looking for and he immediately walked me over to the trimmers and started explaining the differences between each one. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I did not buy one this time only because I was just going to look. However, when I am ready to make that purchase, I will definitely be buying it from Saw House.

Saw House is the best place in Houston , I took my toro z master to get a new engine , today I got my toro back I was amazed on the work they did to it ,my z was running amazing , the best thing I loved about saw house they always get my machines ready in time , I highly recommend saw house they have the all equipment you need for you business .

We took our Honda generator to Sawhouse on a recall from Honda on a Monday and was told it would be ready on Thursday. They delievered! Thank you for keeping your word! Great customer service!

Took in my machine to get repaired, payed $170 for the labor and USED parts. By the second day my machine went out again took it in again and they charged me AGAIN $70 when I picked it up. Until today I’m having the same problem, my machine never got fixed!!! For sure I will not take my machine again for repair and to get ripped off! I don’t recommend this place to no one!
